WONDERFUL STAFF, GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN NEWLY UPDATED ROOM AND DELICOUS BREAKFAST. ONLY DOWNSIDE, IS LACK OF RESTAURANT/BAR FACILITY.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the AC worked well. The advertised fitness center was not onsite but at a sister property just a few steps down. It wasn’t as expected but walking on the Promenade Des Anglais was great exercise.

This property was perfect for us. Situated close to the train, the beach and within a reasonable walk to the area that is pedestrian only filled with restaurants and shops. Also the restaurant right across the street was fabulous! The staff were amazing and very helpful with all our inquires. We found the room super comfortable and clean. In a quiet area. We didn’t partake in the breakfast but our friends did and they said it was very good. I definately recommend this hotel.

Lovely surprise for accomadations and location.

The hotel was really good but… when the room was cleaned my AirPods of £165 disappeared and when staff were questioned it was like nothing happened

すごく清潔　自分はかなり神経質ですが大満足でした お風呂付きの部屋が大変良く、バスタブが広く、水量調整全て良く、疲れが取れました。 フロントスタッフの女性が日本語を話せ、大変良かったです。スタッフも親切で最高のホテルでした。

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cosy and nicely designed with a comfy bed and chairs to lounge in.

The hotel is nicely furnished and designed. The AC was not working properly in our room so Cesar at the front desk upgraded us to a bigger room with functional AC. The breakfast was excellent. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend the Gounod for a visit to Nice.

Lovely property in close walking proximity to the Promenade des Anglais and plenty of good restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds.
