"Incredible and cozy with a warm staff (and warm breakfast!) that made Edinburgh even more enjoyable."

The breakfast was amazing and David was truly the highlight. He was so kind and I felt right at home! Such a special place.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the old fashioned two faucet sink, but everything else was excellent.

Sjarmerende B&B i kjempekoselig nabolag. Veldig kort til bussholdeplass for å komme seg til sentrum. God skotsk frokost, men andre alternativer tilgjengelig om ønskelig. Veldig hyggelig vertskap.

Pyszne śniadania,urokliwe miejsce dla miłośników tradycyjnego stylu angielskiego. Czysto, komfortowo. Przystanek do centrum po przeciwnej stronie ulicy. Do centrum ok 10-15 min busem. Przemili gospodarze.

David met us on arrival, very welcoming, opened the gate for us for the secure parking. The room was just what we needed for our stay and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The host gave us a lot of useful info for getting into town, bus service was direct and well priced. Everything was great for our one night stay.

David and his staff were excellent hosts. We felt so welcome from the moment we walked in. He gave us lots of suggestions for activites in Edinburgh and went above and beyond to make us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of options and the buses were extremely regular and easy to get into town with.

Can be a little cold at nighttime during the winter, it was an extremely cold spell when we stayed in Edinburgh though. The wifi didn't have amazing reach or speed from our room.

Wir hatten ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer, in das wir abends gern zurückkamen. Das Frühstück konnten wir auswählen und es war sehr lecker und immer frisch zubereitet. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
