Lovely little hotel with charm and character, David and his colleagues were really friendly and accommodating, always there if we needed anything at all. The location was quite close to a bus stop into city centre, but there were also lovely outdoor parks and restaurants nearby which was a nice change of pace so we could enjoy Edinburgh but without the manic! It's near a busy road also but there was no noise at night so we got a good night's sleep!

Bathroom was a bit narrow and shower was quite small but this was a minor thing!

Place was very nice the breakfast was cooked at the moment and the hotel overall looked very cute

Schon bei der Ankunft sahen wir, dass die Nachtkästchen, der Tisch, der Wasserkocher usw. stark verstaubt waren. Wir haben sie selber abgewischt bevor wir etwas abgestellt haben. Vor allem die Dusche war im Bereich der Armaturen und an der Türe mit Schimmel verschmutzt. Es erfolgt offensichtlich keine Reinigung an schwer zugänglichen Stellen. Es wird nur vom Abend bis in die Früh geheizt. Untertags ist es im Zimmer kalt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht so etwas besonderes wie es bei anderen Bewertungen dargestellt wird. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es nur von 8:30 Uhr bis 9:30 Uhr angeboten wird!
