The hotel was very nice and in a good location in the Old Town. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was was excellent.

Very convenient location in Arles, just a 5 min walk from all the major sites and cafes right outside (including a yellow cafe painted by Vincent van Gogh). Felt like a grand hotel of years' past, without being pretentious or snobby. We felt at home and the staff was super friendly/helpful. Room was huge and breakfast was good. Only downside is, in case it bothers you, they use a lot of perfumes. Will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Arles.

We loved our hotel. Location was great We had a very large triple which also hade a huge bathroom The outdoor pool area was perfect.

This hotel is beautifully located, right in the centre of Arles. It is clean, comfortable and has the added bonus of an outdoor pool. It has many traditional features and fittings, which give it an atmosphere which fits well with the history associated with Arles itself. Our only gripe - and it's a significant one - is that we didn't realise we had to book on-site parking in advance. We didn't do this and because there is only a handful of parking spaces, we were forced to park off-site. This is no easy undertaking as most of central Arles is car-free and protected by bollards which you need a special code to lower. The best we could find was a site almost half a mile away, so we had to wheel our cases over some very uneven terrain on arrival and departure. You can only pay for parking in these sites for a maximum of 24 hours, so we had to go back and forth to renew our parking ticket. In short, if you can pre-book on-site parking, you'd be pushed to find a better place to stay. If you can't, I really would think twice about it.

Never have I received a better welcome, as they talked us into Arles via blocked roads, and openly helped us check in and take care of our car. This was such a central hotel and really a great find. Continental breakfast by the pool, lovely roof top view, huge well appointed room for three, what could be better. I was thrilled with the location, Van Gogh Le Cafe de Nuit across the street and walk everywhere. Great city.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful old historic building. Located in du Forum place - right across the square from Cafe Van Gogh. Very nice & helpful staff. Beautiful old walled city - perfect walking town. So much history here!

Excellent location in town square but no thorough traffic for onsite parking. You have to leave your room key when you come and go from the hotel, bit odd. Staff very attentive!
