Great location and very helpful staff. The pool area is a hidden gem.

Room was exceptionally comfotable & very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location was very convenient; within walking distance of everything in Arles.

The hotel is ideally placed in a square full of places to eat and drink. It has a small pool in a secluded spot - a lovely place to relax after sightseeing. My room was spacious and I enjoyed having a writing desk. There was plenty of space and hangers in the wardrobe and the bathroom had storage space for toiletries and makeup. All the reception staff were friendly and helpful; they answered all queries and made recommendations.

The hotel is great mainly because it is in a excellent location and has the great advantage of having a swimming pool. Rooms not big but ok, staff very friendly

What a delight to pull up on our bicycles to this old world, beautifully decorated in antiques and friendly hotel. They stored our bikes right away, sped through check in so we could jump in the pool with cold beers! The room itself was HUGE by any standard, full of antiques but had modern conveniences. Bed was comfortable, quiet and we felt like kings. It's right on the Place du Forum which is full of outdoor restaurants and in the heart of Arles. Everything is an easy walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Air conditioning worked!

Great location, stunning old hotel. It was like staying in a small museum, full of antiques, photos and memorabilia. The pool and courtyard were a gorgeous retreat.

Elegant, old world (but with new tech) hotel, right in the heart of the city. Easy access to the beautiful sites. Great restaurant, wonderful bar.

Firstly, this hotel is right in the centre of the old town, situated on a square bathed in restaurants. Narrow streets and period buildings give an authentic feeling of Arles. Walking distance to a host of sights, including the Arles arena. Perfect. Difficult to get to by car though. Note: GPS will not get you there! When you are close, but hydraulic bollards or the one way system is preventing progress, call the hotel and they are able to lower a bollard so that you can access the maze of ancient streets. We parked by the river, walked in, got a map and directions from the helpful hotel manager, rang her when we were at a bollard and were given access. The hotel is pretty easy to find after that. Lovely old hotel, friendly, helpful manager and receptionist. The room was fine, air conditioned and with a god sized bathroom. On site parking was convenient and a worry off our minds. As mentioned, there are plenty of restaurants close by with The Tambouree, just 15 metres from the hotel, providing an excellent lunch at a reasonable price. Happy to recommend it.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Eating in the square was a special treat.
