Ubicación ideal, puesto que íbamos a un evento en la latina, el desayuno era muy variado y muy buena calidad, las camas mejoraría las almohadas y el tema parking muy bien ya que en nuestro caso queríamos guardar el coche en el parking del hotel y al estar lleno nos proporcionaron el mas cercano a precio del hotel.

Todo estuvo muy bien, probablemente volvamos a repetir si la zona de Madrid a la que viajamos es esa.

We just had one of those trips where things go sideways. It happens. I would like to give a huge compliment / “Shout out” to the staff at the hotel. The front desk was awesome when my wife’s wallet got stolen on the metro. The gentleman at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful in what to do next and how to get things resolved. In addition, we had also forgotten a couple of items in the hotel room in the flurry of trying to catch a flight. Again, on the way back we stopped in at the hotel and talked to the Saint John, who had stored the items we had left behind and couldn’t have been more helpful yet again. The hotel is really nice but it is the staff that makes it a wonderful place.

La ducha amplia. Posibilidad de tener una segunda almohada a elegir entre 4 modelos diferentes. Personal agradable.

El techo era abuardillado y en el baño había que tener cuidado para evitar golpes.

Goede locatie om hetgeen wij wilden bezoeken te bereiken. Ontbijt was heerlijk en er werd steeds tijdig aangevuld.

Personeel, met uitzondering van de poetsdienst op ons verdiep (7de), had net iets vriendelijker gekund.
