Well located quiet area - close to metro station and 15-20 min walk to Plaza Major. Comfortable room and very comfortable beds. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Good hotel for a few days of sightseeing.

Breakfast buffet is basic.

Great place to stay if you want to e Florence the Old Madrid and Palacio regions where the royal palace, Cathedral, main shopping areas, main parks and museums plus an unending range of restaurants and cafés are located. All within walking distance from the hotel as well. Though we found that public transport was available all thd time if we needed but we preferred just to walk the streets. The hotel was clean and spacious - the room was just the same. One thing though that hotels generally don't offer in Spain is a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. On saying that there are plenty of cafes close at hand.

Me encantó la ubicación: dentro del centro pero fuera del ruido. Un lugar tranquilo y seguro donde se puede caminar, rodeado de lugares de interés. Hay bastantes bares, para ir en familia y pareja. La habitación incluye una máquina de café en pastillas, que es delicioso, con unas galletitas. 👍🏼

La ducha tarda un poco en regular la temperatura pero es algo menor, al segundo uso uno ya sabe cómo hacer.
