Bello nuovo pulito accogliente davanti al castello i servizi sono ottimi la disponibilità del personale perfetto una colazione da 10 non mancava nulla se capiterà di tornare a Ferrara tornerò qui al casa d'este hotel Ferrara.

Colazione ok. Posizione in città ok

Mi ha deluso l'assenza della direzione alla notte. È infatti scattato l'allarme antincendio alle 2 di notte. Siamo corsi in reception e abbiamo trovato il portiere di notte che non sapeva cosa fare. Non c'era infatti un piano di gestione dell'antincendio. Anche gli altri ospiti non sapevano come comportarsi. Uno di noi ad un certo punto ha chiamato i pompieri perché l'allarme continuava a suonare. La situazione è andata avanti così per più di 2 ore. E il direttore dell'albergo non si è presentato. Alle 5 del mattino i pompieri hanno dato l'ok a rientrare nelle camere perxhe si ètrattato di un falso allarme. Ma ormai la notte era andata. Una delusione perché l'albergo ha dimostrato uno scarso senso di responsabilità verso i suoi ospiti

The location could not be better. The restaurant is awesome. Memorable, if fact. Free bikes is a nice service. Parking nearby was not an issue.

The room was very hot. I didn't worry about that until late as I thought I would just turn on the a/c at night. When I was ready for bed, I realized the A/C wasn't operational. I think it was too early in the season for it. But it was so hot I could not sleep. I opened the window but then noise from some people outside woke me up in the middle of the night. I didn't expect this lack of comfort from this nice hotel.
