Advertised parking but none avaliable contrary to our booking info and info in room. Would not have booked if we knew this. Had to drive to exterior parking 15 minutes and walk back about 10 minutes.

Having just come from a mediochre experience in hotel Don Miguel in Ronda, what a refresing experience this was! Not only were we greeted by Julia the manageress, but she took personal responsibility and interest in welcoming us as well as accompanying us through the labarynth of backstreets to get to the parking three floors down via a very tight lift! Hotel was fantastic as was our room. We had the Cordoba junior suite. Very well appointed. All of the staff in fact were very helpful and courteous No-one put a foot wrong. All great and would recommend this hotel to anyone on either a leisure or business trip. The attention to detail and service we found to be second to none and we have stayed at other higher priced hotels in Sevilla previosly. Thanks Julia and staff for a great and welcoming stay. You got it completely right. Thanks again and very well done!

Amazing and so welcoming place to eat and have fun and happy moments in family! Food and environment were great and the staff was the best! It was TheBestMom’s bday and despite it was San Valentine’s Day they had a candle on the desert and kids were very welcome! Food was very tasty and with lots of great details! On the preset menu they made a change for me by replacing the meat dish by another fish dish that was so yummy!!! Thanks staff for all the care and love! The true diamond of the hotel is the staff, who will do all their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We want to say a big thank you for your hospitality. In general, the hotel is very stylish and well located. We truly recommend it!

We have stayed for a few days. The whole staff was super friendly and very nice. They answer all our questions and pay a high attention to our comfort. We were amazed how cozy the room is. Everything was beyond our expectations!

We reserved the private room/library. Evanmontio/ evan our waiter was excellent, food was excellent. Great and safe atmosphere. Croquettes were delicious, paella was the best I’ve ever had. The decor was very nice. Would highly recommend.

Quaint boutique hotel with everything you need. Fantastic location. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains didn't darken the room so much in the morning. The bathroom door is made of glass and a lot of light came through the window. Other than that a lovely hotel very fitting for a romantic getaway.

Excelent restaurant , very beautifull and cosy and the food was wonderfull, everybary loved yours orders , I intend return there every times that it’s possible. The service was very polite, the wine list perfect , recomend too much.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel but it is nowhere near 4 star standard. It's in a great location for exploring and enjoying Seville and the staff are friendly and helpful. The central courtyard of the hotel and the way the rooms are fitted out give it an authentic appeal, but the good news ends there. The hotel is also a hospitality school and restaurant and it is clear that this is where the emphasis is whilst the hotel side is starved of investment. Water stained ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom, a rusty bath and filthy air-conditioning vent set the tone. Window locks that seemed always on the verge of failing and such a worn key and lock on the door that locking up as we went out was a real challenge. No bidet in the bathroom and I can't remember the last time I had to step into a bath in order to take a shower. The noise from the café is intrusive as is the constant whine of the air wall over the main door. Breakfast was adequate but again below 4 star expectations - asking for the cereal shown on the menu drew the response that they didn't have any. The shortcomings with the room were mentioned at the time but no alternative room was available. We had booked the economy double. In the hotel's photographs the furniture has been moved to create the illusion of more space than there is. The lack of space is not helped by there being almost no storage areas. However the staff did try and put the blame for the hotel's shortcomings onto us by saying that we had only booked the economy double room, which clearly excuses everything. Manage your expectations when booking this hotel.
