Taberna del Alabardero

We came here for lunch at the lounge which was operated by students. Lunch was a 3 course set menu for 20€ per person. Service was excellent. Food was good. We ordered: Appetizer -Caesar Salad - typical Caesar salad (3 stars) -King Prawn Carpaccio - good and fresh (5 stars) -Liver Pate - good (4 stars) Entree -Grilled Pork - sauce was tasty but could use a little more sauce since the pork was quite dry. So a bit more sauce would be better. (3 stars) -Gratinated Veal - flavourful but the veal is quite dry. There is not enough mash potato, you can barely see it. (3 stars) Dessert -Sticky Toffee Pudding (5 stars) -Pumpkin Pie with raspberry sauce (4 stars). Not your typical pumpkin pie. It was good. Quite unique. -Chocolate cream, olive oil and ice cream (3 stars) Rating: 1 - Poor, 2 - OK, 3 - Good, 4 - Very Good, 5 - Excellent

We had a very nice dinner at TdelA. We recomend the tasting menu with wine menu. It was worth the money and a little bit more. Especially the sommelier at the restaurant was full of nowledge about the wines but all the waiters were fantastic. Muchas Gracias for a fantastic evening.

Central, you can walk your feet off from here! Before we left UK we called the hotel to ask them to book a taxi from the airport. No trouble. It set the scene for a welcome experience for three days. Staff are great. Service is excellent. Food, plenty of choice. Room was large and well furnished. The wi fi works! This is a local hotel, not a plastic international one you would find anywhere in the world.

This is an adorable boutique hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are beautiful views from the rooftop bar and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast at the cafe.

We found this boutique hotel quaint, clean, and charming! The staff were the most helpful we encountered in Spain. We especially enjoyed sitting in the little courtyard in the center of the hotel drinking coffee. From the hotel, we walked over the bridge to the Trianna district where there were many restaurants. We also walked to numerous sites and shops with ease. Love Taberna del Alabardero!

Best place for breakfast when your staying elsewhere , the waitress put 2 teas on our table before we even asked the second day .. very amiable and will do anything for you .. great job .. looks like a fab hotel to stay also .

No coffee or tea in room. Wonderful location and nice atmosphere.
