A great location and a super friendly staff. Walking distance to the main attractions and very easy to get to.

This is a boutique hotel with a few guest rooms on top of a nice restaurant. Centrally located and beautiful layout in a Spanish building. Room is clean and bed very comfortable. Easy walk to downtown. Service is non-existence. The staff is running the restaurant. There is a small office in the building but no one was there most of the time. We had breakfast included but felt that we were treated like nuisance. We had to order from a small menu. They brought us a small portion of everything and never asked if we wanted more coffe or juice or offered an extra piece of bread. This is a fancy restaurant that the staff behaved as if they were better than the guests. They seemed stuck-up and unfriendly. You pay for the location and nice room. You are on your own after checking in. Not worth it unless you want to be treated as nuisance.

This is a unique hotel in a very unique building. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The location is great, being walking distance to most of the key attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this beautiful little boutique hotel in the old city of Seville. The staff were wonderful, the facilities charming and perfectly located for us to wander the streets of old Seville. Off-street parking was a real bonus. Unfortunately our budget didn't stretch far enough to enjoy the temptations of the 5 star restaurant, but we will definitely try it on our next visit to beautiful Seville.

The hotel was in the center of the city and close to everything (as long as you could navigate the small winding streets of Seville). The room was very comfortable and spacious for a European hotel room. Staff was friendly.

This is a lovely 7-room historic hotel that is attached to a Taverna and restaurant. The location is quite excellent, being about 3 blocks from the cathedral, about 4blocks from the river and about three blocks from the most popular shopping area. Lovely antique furnishings, great whirlpool baths, wonderful staff and a fabulous 3-course lunch offered by the associated catering school. Very reasonable price in my opinion!

A beautiful restored building around an amazing covered central courtyard. The 8 guest rooms are on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is a lobby/bar/bistro, the 1st floor is a restaurant. Yes, it is noisey. Doors will bang shut too as guests return to their rooms. Quietens down quickly after midnight. So, what you expect in a typical small city centre hotel. Staff helpful. Beds were hard - not a problem for me - but may be for others. Room was good size, very clean with good bathroom. View from window was uninspiring and WiFi was rubbish unfortunately. Oh, why no kettles for guests? Had a meal in the Bistro - not bad at all. Within easy walking distance from the main city sights. Seville has great sites. If visiting the Alcazar (a must) book online to avoid queues and take the first opportunity to see the Royal apartment; it can close with no warning/explanation. On the minus side, don't expect drinkable tea in Seville, so keep to coffee. Local taxi drivers there are simply dangerous madmen. Public transport also not great. So, walk everywhere if you can.

There are smarter hotels nearby, but once you are inside them you could be anywhere, this feels very traditional Spanish. The room was spacious clean and comfortable though the outlook was best ignored. The breakfasts were acceptable, served - rather than buffet -but there was no problem if you wanted more of anything and the service was very good. The restaurant was good, again the service was very good and it appears to be very popular with locals (apart from on Monday when we were the only people in there!). The tapas on the ground floor was OK though with so many excellent tapas bars on the doorstep I would go elsewhere.

Very comfortable room and very clean. Service was good and excellent breakfast. The room was small but it was an economy so can't really expect more. The only odd thing was parking. The hotel has its own underground car park so not sure why they charge €19 to park. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Walking distance for restaurants, bars and touristy things.
