This hotel was amazing!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. I will defiantly recommend this hotel. I chose this hotel based it its reviews and i could not have been happier. The photos do not do it justice.

The hotel is very conveniently located near key attractions in the center of the city, with many excellent restaurants and lots of shopping within easy walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and its amenities are a bit old-style, owing to the original house and the way breakfast and other services are provided, but it was charming. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Wifi, unfortunately, was pretty weak and unusable on the phone or tablet. Parking in the garage, which can only be reached via a lift, was a bit challenging.

The room faced an inner courtyard so quite dark. That was ok, but bed was the hardest we've been on yet, bedding old, pillows thin, decor pretty bad and not overly clean. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast but very skimpy. The waiters were very pleasant. We felt it was overpriced.

I selected this hotel for the reputation of its restaurant and its location. We were not disappointed. The reception was particularly warm!

Very beautiful hotel, magnificently designed and decorated. The staff is the best I have ever come across for service, charm and efficiency. The atmosphere and staff are "classy" formal yet smiling and warm. The guests are comfortable in anything from tee shirts to suits or shorts to dresses. The restaurant is exceptional for the beautiful setting, excellent food, unparalleled service and fine beverage list. You can't go wrong! It's all here and it's all wonderful. The desk will arrange anything that can be arranged for you, taxis, bus, train tickets, etc., etc., and of course directions and info. This is THE place in Seville! English was more than adequate.

We knew the location would be good for walking into the city, & the decor typically Spanish & stunning, but we didn't expect the vehicle lift down to the car park, or that the hotel doubled as a school for budding chefs, waiters & staff or anyone wanting to know how to cook Paella. Nor did we expect the room air con. to be quite so efficient at night. The welcome was very good, friendly & helpful. Anna, the Receptionist, accompanied us & our motorbike down into the car park, waited for us to unload & then showed us to our room. Brilliant. Service from all staff was friendly & efficient, even if they mixed up Sardines & Anchovies. Despite that the food was excellent as was the wine, and the G&Ts were awesome ("say when", as he pours gin over loads of ice). Suffice to say that we shall be staying again.

very nice hotel located in the center of the historic district of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. apparently, this hotel is also training center for the culinary arts. The roof top restaurant was excellent! The only limitation is shotty Wi-Fi service otherwise, I think the juice is worth the squeeze on this one.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was helpful and attentive to our needs Great breakfast in the morning with fresh pastries and home made jams My only two problems were with spotty wifi and the a/c did not keep the room cool. So sleeping was hard at night especially with the 38 deg weather
