Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel, réception ouverte 24/24.. Fontaine à eau et machine à café à volonté. Petit déjeuner très varié et frais. Emplacement à proximité des transports, des restaurants et de lieux touristiques, et dans une rue un peu à l'écart des voies passantes.

Hôtel non isolé au niveau sonore. Les bruits de portes et ceux des chambres voisines peuvent être dérangeant.

Great location - just a few minutes walk to Gran Via with lots of food and shopping options. Free 24hr access to a coffee machine and water dispenser at the lobby.

Can be quite noisy at night (maybe because it's summer), but not unbearable.
