Friendly, helpful staff. Nice quiet little hotel. Nice comfortable bed. Good value for money. We also had room service one evening which was not too expensive and perfectly fine.

Significantly below expectations. Level of cleanliness low. Rooms extremely small, the size of cells. Bathroom without shower. Only bath tub where one has to hold his own shower. Generally Cannes’ hotels are poor, this is no exception.

L'acceuil est sympa , mais cet hôtel ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. Il est trés propre mais chambre trés petite , avec un certain charme cependant. Une salle de bain d'un autre temps mais elle aussi trés propre , absence de parking et les parkings publics à proximité sont excessivement chers, mais pn peut avoir la chance de trouver quelques rues où le stationnement n'est pas payant dans les environs immédiats de l'hôtel; il ne faut pas avoir mal au rein pour atteindre le coffre dans le placard.

Charming; quiet; well loved space This old world hotel had been updated in an understated ambiance The house dog may be out relaxing, your room quite, clean, comfy, with tall ceilings and vintage marble washrooms Garage for parking was impeccably clean and easy to use. In ten minute walk of pretty much everything from food. Markets. Croisette. You name it. everything. Yet quite and safe for an evening stroll. Owner and staff patient and congenial I’d definitely return. Chambre 25. Formidable!

A Logis member,so a bit old school.Room small, plain,clean .excellent treble glazing so no traffic noise,but if you open the windows, the late night traffic could ben issue. Only complaint is that the room aircon is fixed at 25c which is too warm for some people. The front desk people are fantastic.

The room was nice just like the bathroom. It's a small hotel but charming. Very well located and the owner is a plus. Very nice person and very helpful. He gave us great suggestions on where to go and to have dinner.

Non aspettatevi un 4 stelle perché non e’ un 4 stelle ma anche la cifra e’ contenuta . Staff gentile e posizione molto comoda al centro. La stanza comfort e’ piccola e vecchia e non e’ rappresentata dalle foto pubblicate. Nemmeno le parti comuni sono così come in fotografia.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms small but enough to sleep. Bed is very good. The shower it self was good but the space is very small. too small. Breakfast enough and all kind of things. They have a small bar. They have elevator.

A very comfortable small hotel in a quiet residential district. A short walk (about 10 minutes) took you to the Croisette and the shops/restaurants. The hotel arranged very prompt and comfortable airport transfers, which gave us a very good start to the holiday. when we arrived at the hotel we received a very warm and helpful welcome. The room was a good size with plenty of storage for clothes, also the bathroom was a good size and spotlessly clean.Breakfast was enjoyable with more choice than usual in France. We would be very happy to stay again.

Stayed here in August 2018. I selected this hotel because it is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to friends I was visiting. Small, homey and very comfortable with an extremely friendly staff. Breakfast is very good with many optons to accommodate any dietary restrictions. The garden rooms are very quiet - so quiet you could easily over sleep. Easy to walk into town or to La Croisette. Multi lingual staff but as I am fluent in French, I did not need to speak English. Did not use their beach so I cannot comment but they will provide beach towels which are a pain to pack and bring. I will stay here again and recommend it for anyone who wants a reasonably priced room away from all the hustle and bustle of La Croisette or the center of town.
