The old man in reception is terrible. There is almost no wifi signal in the room. There is a sharpe edge in the bathroom that cause me bleeding. Compare other 2 star hotel, this is the worst I have ever seen.

its a nice 2-star hotel for its value, high ceilings, in fair condition and certainly very very affordable. Best feature -its is only 2 blocks from the sea and so centrally located, Negresco hotel is also just 2 blocks away

This hotel location is really good for the price. It's less about a 10 minutes walk from the city center and 2 streets from the beach. The neighborhood is not the best in Nice, but it's not insecure at all. The overall condition of the hotel and rooms could be improved; but beds, sheets and towels looked brand new and in perfect condition. The amenities are limited: WIFI signal is poor, the breakfast is not included and I don't think it would be a good deal to pay for it there since there are several options nearby; the bathroom in our bedroom was quite small; and the Air Conditioner was not working properly. Nice can be an expensive destination, therefore this is a great option to stay and save some money, but forget about your luxury expectations.

Overall pleasant but hard to find. When you find the building shown in the picture it is deserted, the hotel is actually a small, easy to miss entrance on the side. It is quirky but clean and the man at the desk is very helpful. Certainly a bargain for nice and 3 blocks from the beach.

Very poor condition, but what can you expect from a 2-star hotel? The man in reception is weird and in bad manner. No elevator so you have to carry all your luggages upstairs. Compare to its price, the others seem to be cheaper and in better condition (but unfortunately they were completely full when we made our reservation). Will never stay again!

This hotel met our needs just fine. It's location is great, just two blocks from the beach and also close to the bus line to the airport. It was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Decent hotel in Nice if on a budget. A little far from the old town, but a nice walk along the prom.

I was traveling on my own and I had booked 6 nights at this hotel. It was easy to find when walking from the station. It's only a couple of blocks from the beach and the shopping streets. There is a supermarket around the corner. The Hotel did not have an elevator but there is only one flight of stairs to the rooms. As a budget hotel my room had air conditioning, a small fridge and bathroom which was pretty good. The building was once quite stately on the outside and a little gloomy inside but it was comfortable, clean and well maintained and I would happily stay there again for the money.
