Hotel Felix Beach

Not the most fancy hotel in Nice. Half heartedly renovated. But very well located, just on the main tourist strolling street with lots of restaurants and only 200 m to the beach. Ok price, 500 Euro for one week double room.

I stayed two night at Felix and what is amazing is zone pieton or promenade that is right beneath the hotel with abundant of restaurant and adorable French shops. It is stone throw from the water and you can get fresh Mediterranean breeze in your room. I got a room on the pieton for the view. Room was clean. It's not a fancy hotel but it is respectably elegant and it's more in the charming side than luxury.

Stayed here for 4 days in September 2014 for a mini break.its a nice petite hotel,the room we got first on the top floor wasn't very nice it over looked a back ally and the room had an attic like feel,the next day we changed to a front facing street room with balcony which was perfect.theres no lift in the hotel so be prepared for climbing stairs to get to your room.the location of this hotel is the main attraction,outside there's some nice restaurants and bars serving lovely food and drinks(very expensive).the beach is 2 minutes walk away which has pebbles.on the promenade there are casinos,bars,restaurants and hotels.overall a nice hotel right in the thick of the action with shops,bars on your doorstep.

When we showed up at the reception with our reservation in hand, it turned out we made an error and had booked for those days, but a year later. Despite our own stupidity and them being fully booked we were accommodated in a nearby apartment for the same price. They also helped us with cancelling our booking for next year through an agency. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and comfortable.

only for overnight. it is in the center, exellent location, but only that. no parking, not as clenas as it should be, breakfast very poor, staff was very polite. , it little bit noisy when you are on the street side but that is ok if you are on a garden side.

The Staff very helpful. Location is on a "Mall" & Central to everything, especially the beach & cafes, clean but somewhat shabby & No Lift. Breakfast is offered, but we chose to go to a café, as there were so many close by.

Quite old & used, but clean & close to everything. Great value for money. Quiet- if at the back. No lift, so only for the fitter guests.

Excellent location, easy walking to restaurants, super markets and landmarks.. notably just a couple of blocks off the promenade that runs aloe Nices famous beaches. Easy walking to the Train station from there as well if you don't want to catch one of the many busses that run nearby. Be warned, without an elevator, the workout I got lugging a heavy suitcase up to the top floor was not a fun way to start my stay there. Additionally the room was in poor shape. Paint peeling off the walls, stains on the comforter and dirt on the floor made me uncomfortable. wireless worked but was so throttled in my room it was unusable. For the price and location I would however stay there again if they ever do some renovations.
