The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful. It was a nice size hotel( small) and the location was fantastic. It was less than 10 mins walk to the train station and about 20 minutes walk to old Nice.

The flooring throughout was a bit worn which was only an aesthetic factor. Safety was not a factor.
