On Saturdays check-in is available between 15:00 and 19:00. In low/mid season, check-in is possible at all times from Monday to Saturday. Please inform the hotel of when you will arrive at least 3 days beforehand. The office is closed on Wednesday and Sunday and national holidays. Arrivals on Sundays or during public holidays must be arranged beforehand by contacting the office.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Great location if you want to visit Maremma, in an authentic, rustic style!"

We chose this location because it's central to Maremma. This worked fairly well for visiting different places. It's close to Grosseto centre, close enough to Principina Mare and the Maremma park, not far from other destinations like Argentario and Castiglione.

From the pictures we expected to be in the main farmhouse, we were in the detached facility instead, which is less historical and less aestethically pleaseing. Breakfast wasn't great, and only offered in take-away form. The swimming pool and open areas are quite lovely, however, it would be nice to have wild flowers and garden patches beside the lawn and mosquitos controlled in some ways.

"Geen agriturismo en in zeer drukkr la aardige zone"

Zeer propere logie, met aan beide kanten zicht op de tuinen. Ruim, Gezellige studio met redelijk goed ingerichte keuken. Mooie grote tuin met groot zwembad.

Helaas is de accommodatie niet zo goed gelegen, op 50m van een electriciteitcentrale en hoogspanningdkabels (ongezond), aangrenzend aan een grote commerciïele zone, treinspoor en aan zeer drukke straat met veel lawaai. Het heeft totaal niks te maken met "agriturismo" behalve dat de eigenaars op 5km een buffel kwekerij hebben.
