Nice big appartement. Big garden. Swimming pool. Very good price.

Noise of the traffic. No cleaning if you stay 6 days, you need to ask for toilet paper or towels

A beautiful farmhouse with delightful apartments just on outskirts of Grosseto. Most delightful king size bed and rooms extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast available in restaurant onsite.

A little way out of city centre and train station but hosts happy to book taxis when required.

Rustic, clean, comfortable. Lovely big swimming pool and grounds. Great on-site restaurant with local produce.

Huge lounge kitchen bedroom, great pool area, free parking, gardens, staff, outdoor eating area.

The Razza is a wonderful, romantic place to stay close to Grossetto. We stayed with two teenage girls in an appartment in the old main building. The size was quite good and it was well equipped if you want to selfcater. Shops almost around the corner, but car needed. Breakfast was included and simple but tasty. The restaurant is wonderful, small bar included, drinks were even served at the swimmingpool (no caps required!). Reception has good availability. Would stay there again.

The location is NOT remote. It is in fact close to a roundabout and the city sort of grew around the Razza in the course if time. At first this seemed a downside, but you didnt hear noisy traffic. The appartment lacks a sofa and the wooden stools are a bit uncomfy. But for the rest all good!

Wonderful place in the perfect location near to the City (15 min. Walking distance). You can relax under the pine trees or in the Pool.
