Staff very helpful, lovely grounds, about 10 mins walk to Grosseto centre, good breakfast, quiet and private pool. Rooms in main building spacious and nicely furnished; garden rooms smaller but with outdoor table.

Altough the place is located next to a bigger road, its very quiet,and you can really relax. The apartment was spacious, and we had wonderful dinner on the terrace. The garden is huge and you can also have a walk inside. The staff was friendly!

The breakfast was really poor, no veggies, no eggs. It wasn't arranged by the owner. After i've asked if there is any other option, we could have the next one at their own buffala farm not so far from the city, wich was a really nice experience, and their cheese and joghurts are amazing!!

This is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. This little farm is located in Grosseto's surroundings, but you can easily reach the city center by walking. The apartment is fantastic; it offers everything for a pleasant stay and maximum comfort with lovely cozy furnishing. There is also a refreshing pool in the garden and a delicious restaurant in the main building. Last but not least, the staff there is beyond helpful. Lovely receptionist Moria helped me to set up the bike and helped with several Italian translations. And I am more than grateful she made my trip more accessible and made it an unforgettable experience. I wish to come back one day.
