Hôtel Mont Blanc Chamonix

Wonderful hotel with staff who are capable, professional, multilingual and SOOO nice! They could not have been more friendly and helpful, to my husband who has mobility issues, to our dog who wanted to know where he could walk, to me at any moment and in any circumstances — always available, always smiling, always ready to solve any problem and to make us feel entirely welcome.

One of the most amazing and memorable experiences. AMAZING customer service, above and beyond care. Upon checking in the staff learned it was my birthday, the entire staff from the concierge to the Spa and pool staff knew about it and greeted me with birthday wishes. Treats in the room, the whole weekend was beyond memorable.

We both felt this hotel was run very well with much attention to detail. It seemed as if they knew when we would leave in the mornings and our room would be clean when we returned from our morning outings.and our bed was turned down with a little bag of fresh cookies or Madeleines waiting on the pillow. We also loved the charming renovation in keeping with the original elegance of this old Chamonix hotel. The library off of the main entrance is especially wonderful. The staff was efficient and friendly. We wish to come again in the future.

This is the best hotel in Chamonix, and I have stayed at quite a few. The staff is amazing - exceptionally helpful, making sure my stay was comfortable; even went out of their way to help me locate an item I lost in town. The spa is superb, the amenities are fantastic, the restaurant menu is not long, but excellent. Hotel's location is fantastic - right in the center of town, close proximity to the main square, shops and restaurants. I will definitely be returning to this gem.

Stayed 3 nights, early July 2018. Excellent central location, staff without exception was friendly, responsive, helpful. Easy check-in, check-out, accommodations were exactly as we requested. Julia was superb in suggesting, arranging and re-arranging various activities to enhance our stay in Chamonix and outlying areas. Andre also very accommodating and helpful. We could not have enjoyed our stay more, and would return in a heartbeat!

Our second visit to Hotel Mont Blanc , and our experience was one of sheer comfort and relaxation . The staff are wonderful , and are ready to take care of your every need , Julia looked after us extremely well once again , and special thanks to Pierre too ! Beautiful rooms , turn down service, fabulous hotel in magnificent surroundings ! Loved it here , thank you all !
