Amazing views, comfort, and service.
The hotel is situated in the middle of town, with ample parking. The car park allowed for more maneuvering space than the usual mountain hotel car park! Staying here you are close to the shops, bars and restaurants. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, after a friendly welcome and a quick check in. We had a small dog with us, and the room was perfect for this. The room had a door separating the first hallway, and the main bedroom space, so retrieving room service, or leaving the dog in the room for a small amount of time was easier as she could not reach the front door. The hotel also provided a large dog bed, alongside food and water bowls. Both good touches and handy for any traveller. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. The shower and bath were luxurious. It was possible to open the windows in the room for some fresh air and to see the town below. We pre-ordered room service for breakfast. The menu allowed a good choice, all fresh and hot. We were very happy! Would recommend this hotel, and would stay here again.
Very disappointing experience! This is the third time I have been to the hotel in the last year. The last two times have been very good! However this time the whole experience was very disappointing! Staff with little experience, incorrect food orders, basic language issues over the phone, late appointment in the spa, average restaurant food! Tried to address issuesmultiply times with the management and although reassured it would be dealt with, problems continued to happen! Even the bottle of wine that was delivered as an apology was sent to the room at 9.40pm!!! When I was asleep! As a result woken up by the door knocking!!!! Just very very very poor and for a room that almost averages €1000 per night with no breakfast!
Tastefully renovated - admiable every corner you look. Hotel cuisin is icing on the cake. Truly enjoyed 4 day stay at Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of Chamonix. The staff was extraordinarily accommodating and the rooms were are as clean as they were luxurious.
The hotel has been recently renovated, - completely, - and it shows. Everything has been done with the highest quality in mind, to suit the first class location right next to the central square of this beautiful town. The quality of the staff and the service seems to have been renovated too, and is excellent. We had a memorable stay. I will certainly return.
Hotel was excellent. The room, I believe a superior, was well appointed but surprisingly small. Bed was comfortable and staff were all very charming.
