Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, staff at breakfast friendly. Jacuzzi and pool area good, we had balcony with sunbeds which was great

Cleaners very noisy woken up most mornings around 8 very small room.

Everything was perfect! The bed was huge and very comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended

Hotel comodo alla spiaggia. Silenzioso. Ottima colazione. Spazio piscina non grande ma molto fruibile. Pulito. Personale cortese.

We returned to this beautiful hotel for a belated birthday/early wedding anniversary trip. Everything was perfect, from the staff, to location, atmosphere and the room. Made even more special by a little treat to welcome us back. Will never skip out on staying at the Essence, cocktails are amazing and it truly is our happy place. The restaraunt is utterly amazing, food is to die for and the rooftop music is great. Had to sadly leave early on departure, but the staff were kind enough to put together a breakfast basket for us for our travels. Can’t wait to be back again soon, thank you!!

Good location, 5 minutes walk to beach. Very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Only issue was when we booked we asked if breakfast can be early about 5.30am for 2 days as we needed to catch a coach & hotel replied back after some days to say that we must request this at reception when we arrive. I clarified this a second time. By the request we thought it would be normal breakfast! But when we arrived we were told we would need to collect our packed breakfast from reception. Which had sandwich fruit, juice & water. It was ok but not what we paid for. If I had known beforehand I would have made arrangements. But breakfast we had on our last day was excellent. The other issue we had was our room no. 109! This was very noisy as it was facing the street & the restaurants opposite had loud music & entertainment every evening. That was to our right & to our left of the room the noise from the bathroom, every time someone in the adjacent rooms flashed or used the water you could hear the water gushing in the pipes. Secondly you could hear a lot of movement from the rooms above every time someone move a chair or anything you could hear it. We had a short stay but not very relaxing. I did ask at reception to change room but there wasn’t anything available & I didn’t want to spoil my stay by complaining too much.
