Nettes hilfsbereites Personal mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Öffentliche Tiefgarage (riesig) in 100m mit Hotelrate. Hotel in historischer Bausubstanz, Gutes Frühstück, Ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt.

Leider kein Aufzug im Haus. Für die Nutzung des Parkhausrabattes muß man erst am Hotel einchecken und bekommt dann einen QR-Code aufs Handy fürs Parkhaus (ich war erst im Parkhaus, mußte also noch einmal raus und wieder reinfahren - mit extra Bezahlung der ersten Stunde. Der Zimmerboden war zum Kopfende des Bettes geneigt - wir haben trotzdem erstaunlich gut geschlafen. Leider keine deutschen Sender im TV.

Hotel bastante céntrico para visitar Rouen. Está en una casa antigua, con lo cual no tiene ascensor. Tiene un parking próximo que si se reserva a través del hotel tiene bonificación en el precio. Buen desayuno El chico que estaba en la recepción no pudo ser más eficaz y amable

The room was nice and good size (we chose the large double which i think was worth the extra money). The bed was very comfortable, the shower very strong and lovely, the shower gel smelled very nice. Excellent location, near the city centre without the excessive noise, and very conveniently located near the car park. We paid 22.50 € for 24h. If you let them know in advance, they can send you a discounted electronic ticket for 18€ that you will pay at the hotel (you need this before entering the car park (Justice Palace). We were provided with an amazing fan that made a difference in this extreme heat, plus we were able to close the windows at some point which blocked completely the early morning noise. Very good blackout curtains too. The breakfast was 10/10 with an impressive array of choices, with lovely breads, cheeses, jams, ham, yogurts, pastries, juices, cereals, cold water and delicious coffee. The breakfast room was lovely, and I even had a cushion for my back. The TV in the room was big and although I could only see french channels, there was a few channels (such as "good for laughs") that did not require language knowledge. Early check in 2PM was really handy. Good communication prior and staff friendly. Overall happy with the stay. The management also provided icy water at the reception for the guests which was highly appreciated. P.S. there is no elevator, some people might struggle with the stairs. We were based on first floor.

Around 4 am I started to smell sewage. I closed the bathroom door which sorted the situation. When I opened the door in the morning, the smell was strong. Overall it was not an issue as we left early in the morning and we opened the window anyways.

Le personnel fort accueillant et proche de la gare et des activités à faire J'aurais aimé un ventilateur qui tourne (nous étions en pleine canicule... je devais decider quelle partie de mon corps avait le plus chaud 😅) mais déjà avoir un ventilateur était un gros plus dans cet hôtel comparé à d'autres

Mettre une porte à la douche éviterait d'avoir de l'eau partout

Muy buena ubicación. Desayuno aceptable.

Como casi cualquier alojamiento en Francia, no están preparados para el calor: no hay aire acondicionado. Ni siquiera un ventilador. Muy caluroso.
