Modern room. Great shower. Quiet. Short walk to the main train station & city center. Friendly, helpful staff. Big breakfast. Wonderful old hotel.

No lift - those with heavy luggage / mobility issues should ask for a ground / 1st floor room, though staff will help carry luggage. No Air Con (there was a fan). All hotels should have this nowadays, especially during heat waves.

Friendly and helpful reception. Perfect location near the station. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. Very good shower. They took good care of my bicycle. Being an old forgetful person I left my hearing aids in my room and they were quick to assure me that they would post them home to me in the UK. That deserves full marks in my book 😀

There was nothing I didn't like. I was a bit concerned to see there was no air con given it was the middle of a heatwave but the room was cool and comfortable regardless

pas prevu pour personne agee pas d ascenseur et placer au 3éme étage soi-disant dans une chambre sur cotée ou il faut attendre environ une demi-heure pour avoir de l'eau chaude et pas de communication avec la réception sauf avec une communication payante avec mon smartphone Petit déjeuner simpliste

L’emplacement dans la ville, la proximité du Rouen historique que nous souhaitions visiter. L’accueil des différents personnels. Petit déjeuner très complet.

Absence d’un mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Il devrait y avoir une place de parking devant l’entrée et une meilleure information sur la possibilité de parking dans le descriptif…
