La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda, comida muy aceptable, piscinas y toboganes super chulos para los niños y sobre todo el personal con vocación de servicio al cliente. Gracias al socorrista de la piscina que tuvo que intervenir en un momento complicado para mi esposa. Habitación 620.

Obviamente hay cosas que mejorar en nuestro caso lo bueno hizo más peso que lo negativo

Veľmi chutné jedlo, široký výber jedál. Vybavenie izieb a bazény pre deti. Personál veľmi priateľský. Poloha tiež veľmi dobrá. Blízko na pláž, v okolí viacero obchodov, nie príliš rušná ulica. Krásny výhľad na more. Určite sa o rok vrátime.

Niečo by potrebovalo zmodernizovať ale nebolo toho veľa a nebolo to také dôležité.

I’ve just returned from a one week stay with family and my two kids 3 and 7. The food is a good variety each day however it’s always cold. All of it. It wasn’t undercooked or raw like some of the reviews say. Just cold. The guys who make the fresh omelettes every morning are lovely and I had one every day it was amazing. The salads are unreal. Cheap meat so stayed clear of that. Tasteless. Around the pool area is tiny, to walk past anyone you are literally dipping one leg in the pool to get past. I had a buggy and it was a nightmare. The pool was FULL of Spanish , mostly Spanish gypsies in herds who were awful human beings. Rude, pushing and shoving, sat on the pool steps for hours so my 3 year old couldn’t get in safely. Life guards and staff cater to their own. Spanish guests don’t get told off for anything but English were getting told off constantly for balls in the pool, no balls, no lilos, no rubber rings (unless small for baby or toddler) my 7 year old was gutted. But the Spanish guests are allowed, they also push in at meal times and get served before anyone else even if you’ve been in a queue for ages. We left our bags by our sun bed (took valuables with us) whilst we popped to the shop next to hotel, came back and my 13 year old nephew who we left on our beds told us that Spanish gypsy lady went in our bag, took our tanning oil & handed it round to all her family. Despite my nephew telling her to put it back. So came back and had a go at her, told security who couldn’t speak a word of English barely and just told me I’d have to just deal with it and to be careful. Didn’t tell them off as they are Spanish, one of their own. Snack bar does hotdogs, chips, burgers, pots of nuts, ice cream tubs (all free if all inc) but nothing is advertised and only knew what was available by someone else getting served it. No menu or anything. Ice lollies are 1 euro even if all inc. Rooms were nice and made up every day. Air con was amazing. 7th floor and our balcony didn’t lock (seen lots of reviews about this prior to going) told reception but they didn’t care so had to just deal with it. No entertainment round by the pool in the day for kids. No music. Slides were good and toddler pirate ship part also really good. Entertainment on the evening was rubbish, we went out every night. All in all an average hotel but wouldn’t return , calella is lovely though and the location is spot on. Beach is lovely. 5 min walk.
