Hotel Oasis Park Splash

DO NOT STAY HERE! We know that every hotel has bad reviews and they are still enjoyable however this hotel was not one of them we had a terrible time and would never return! Restaurant is so small and food is disgusting we lived on chips the whole week and it was always the same food. Pool is tiny photos make it look big but your on top of each other with sun loungers no jumping, inflatables or balls allowed in pools. Staff are rude and not helpful rooms were dirty, showers leak into room cleaners try to come at half 8 in the morning. We had a yogurt which was out of date and curdled after speaking to reception about the yogurt we was told that this was normal when we questioned that out of date yogurt was normal they advised us that it was and that’s how they eat it! You will also have to queue at times for restaurant.

La habitación muy amplia, y muy buen servicio de limpieza

La manera en la que llevan el control del aparcamiento. El aparcamiento esta pintado con lineas en la pared, pero la gente no sabe aparcar y ocupan mas de un sitio perjudicando al resto. Una tarde llegamos y tuvimos que aparcar en medio del aparcamiento y vimos gente que se tuvo que marchar porque no tenían hueco. Si tu vendes la opción de aparcar en un aparcamiento privado tienes qué asegurar que todos los que soliciten este servicio puedan aparcar. No creo que sea problema de venta de mas plazas de las que tienen, sino que tendrían que controlar la manera de aparcar de la gente.

Las piscinas están muy bien y si vas con niños más. La ubicación también está genial.

Podría mejorar un poco el buffet pero para pasar un fin de semana está bien

peu de choix desserts, le buffet fermait trop tôt 21h les abords de la piscine étaient sales dans l'après-midi (nourriture, boissons)

Esta todo bien siempre que puedo hago una escapadita esta limpio es tranquilo la comida no esta mal y el personal es escelente en especial Lurdes que esta en el comedor es una magnifica persona muy amable recomiendo este hotel calidad precio muy bien.
