H10 Salou Princess

We have just come back on 17th June having spent 10 days half board as married couple in early 50s. Previous holidays we would never stay by the pool but here was so chilled with a little bit of background music we actually never went to the beach. Wasn't sure what to expect as tripadvisor reviews were mixed. We loved it and looking forward to returning. The food yes isn't the hottest but it isn't cold either we found it a reasonable temperature to eat straight away rather than waiting for it to cool down. We really liked the food although the bacon needs to be cooked alot more until at least a bit crispy. We also think maybe a little bit of planning is needed on what will accompany the fish, meat dishes eg stew one day but no potatoes apart from chips and no veg. But lots of choice, and we found the food tasty. Please note though that lunch/evening meals you have to buy drinks even water. If half board we thought it was a plus being able to change to lunch instead of evening meal on a day by day basis (just need to request the day before) The room was a good size for us storage is an issue not many hangers and only two drawers. If upgrading any rooms I would remove the stool under desk and replace with drawers. The mini fridge is a bonus especially having a shop next door. Please note though people have mentioned kettles but not all rooms come with them ours didn't. Bathroom was a good size our shower was lovely and plenty of space for all your essentials. No need to take shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even has hand cream which are good quality. Pool loved it! No inflatables allowed or balls but can have them in the kids pool which we thought was great. Also adults only area with plunge pool which is enforced which again is a positive no under 16s Sun loungers! Comfy and plenty of them big shout out to.the staff who started to remove towels in a morning we was getting annoyed people running out to get them when it opened then disappeared to breakfast or go out for the morning! one day no one returned to them all day so very happy they started to remove. Staff, cleaners our room.was spotless everyday. Bar staff great as are the receptionist. Activities good fun love the two girls think one was called matilida who is just so sweet. Evening entertainment was hit and miss , investment is definitely needed on the sound system, if Bruno Mars is on go see him we was blown away by his act. Location is ideal one way the hussle of a holiday resort the otherway small walk down leafy street to main town salou. Overall ideal for couples, solo travellers and families with small children. Smoking is a no even on balconies, but can smoke out side the lobby and a dedicated area near the pool. We found this hotel good value for money, great location, always something to eat, clean and transfer time from airport approx 30 mins

we have just returned from a week in the H10 Salou Princess. We had a very relaxing 6 days/7 nights here and would have no issues in recommending to others. Location- Ideal, centrally located. Atmosphere- nice blend of old/young, families and couples. Rooms- Despite other reviews comments to the contrary, we slept well on comfortable beds in a noise free part of the hotel on the 6th floor. Best sleep in a while! Value- half board, kept the kids fed! No major added extras like in some hotels, standard tourist tax and safe fee, same everywhere. Cleanliness- Staff are excellent throughout, they cant be faulted for the odd guest leaving a mess under their sunbeds... If I had to have an issue its the sunbeds daily morning stampede..from 8.30 guests are in line at the door! Now tbh there are lots of sunbeds, just people block booking with towels and going for hours is the issue. One staff member does the rounds each morning issuing warnings and then gathering up towels if unoccupied after half an hour, this is a little harsh in my opinion. Give people an hour at least, especially those with kids, I would have no prob with that. He did take our towels after 40mins. At the end of the day its a tough thing to manage and it goes on in every hotel and it didnt take from our overall experience....we'll be back!!

Понравилось близость к морю, центру, вкусная еда и многообразная еда в отеле Правда, возле отеля находился общий пляж, где было достаточно многолюдно, и само море было не очень чистым Красивые бухты находились в 20 минутах ходьбы

Не понравилось, что наш номер находился возле дороги, и ночью было очень шумно, когда гости возвращались с клубов Окно было закрыть невозможно, потому что автоматически включался кондиционер, который работал чересчур громко, так еще и не регулировался. За это отелю и номеру огромный минус
