H10 Salou Princess

El personal amabilísimo, desde el chico que nos atendió en recepción a la llegada, hasta el personal de sala que nos daba la bienvenida al comedor, o cualquiera de los y las camareras (hago mención especial a Silvia y Rocio porque son de quien recuerdo sus nombres, pero de verdad que todo el mundo de 10). La ubicación perfecta también, estaba justo dónde buscábamos que estuviera, cerca de la salida y cerca de la playa y paseo marítimo. En general me encantó, la limpieza de la habitación genial, el bufet limpio, la comida riquísima, la animación y Daisy... en general, todo súper, me volvería a alojar aquí.

La zona de la piscina... por la mañana el agua estaba genial, limpia y bien, y la zona en general. Por las tardes... el agua tenía de todo, no sólo pelos, y la zona de la piscina en general estaba llena de vasos, papeles, latas, etc. El principal problema es que la gente es muy incívica porque creo que no cuesta mucho recoger tu vaso o tirar a las papeleras los papeles de los helados, por poner un ejemplo, o cuidar un poco la higiene en la piscina. Pero también considero que habría que reforzar limpieza en esa zona...

Расположение отеля отличное. Сразу напротив - остановка автобуса в аэропорт. Рядом море и пешком можно дойти до ПортАвентуры. В ванной есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, увлажняющий крем. Очень понравился ужин - всегда есть и мясо и рыба, овощи, очень разнообразное предложение фруктов. Анимация работает и днем и вечером, ненавязчивая. Каждый вечер - шоу или живая музыка.

В ванной присутствовал запах канализации. В ванной нет вентилятора. На завтрак хотелось бы больше разновидных овощей.

The hotel was really good, only about 5 minutes walk to the beaches and the strip. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel if you wanna use public transport to see the town. The room was pretty basic, but the staff were super friendly and helpful.

There was just one sock in the room, on one side of the bed. We were on the second floor, and the Wi-Fi was terrible, and it kept disconnecting from our phones. I don’t drink coffee, but there was no coffee machine or kettle. I didn't see a safe in the room, so not sure if you need to request one think you have to pay a deposit first. The same goes for the iron and the kettle, which cost 10 euros per item

Чудове місцерозташування, близько до моря, супермаркетів, кафе, зупинок автобусів та таксі. Хороший, уважний персонал, який допомагає з будь-якими питаннями, хороші смачні сніданки та вечері.

Погана звукоізоляція як між кімнатами, так і з вулиці чути всі звуки.

The location and the food was excellent

There was one issue at breakfast time in the hotel that was not good. The managers were very kind to help in this matter and made up for what happened and apologised so I was happy with the overall care I received.

Location The hotel's location was excellent. It was very central, with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. Pool Area The pool area was excellent, with plenty of sun loungers available. Although there were signs stating that loungers should not be reserved, many guests still reserved them early in the day. Lobby & Reception The lobby and reception area were always cool and comfortable. Check-in was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. We were provided with wristbands which acted as room keys and could also be topped up and used to pay for drinks and purchases around the hotel, which was very convenient. Bar There was an excellent variety of drinks available, and prices were reasonable. Although service could be slow at times, the quality and selection were very good. The bars operate a cashless system, accepting card payments or payments via the wristband only. Restaurant Breakfast offered a good selection of both hot and cold food options. Room The beds were comfortable, and our request for a cot for our baby was accommodated without any issues. There was a small fridge in the room. Housekeeping The room was cleaned and serviced to a high standard every day. !!PICTURES WERE TAKEN JUST BEFORE CHECKING OUT!!

Room The rooms are quite dated and do not reflect the photos shown online, particularly regarding the décor. There was no kettle, cups, or spoons provided for making tea or coffee, and a kettle had to be rented for an additional charge. The room also lacked sufficient power outlets. There were only three single sockets in total: one was used for lighting, one was in the bathroom, and only one was available beside the bed. Our room was on the first floor facing the street, and traffic noise was noticeable throughout the day and night. The balcony door lock was very stiff and difficult to operate. On one occasion, housekeeping left the balcony unlocked after servicing the room, which was concerning from a security perspective, especially as first-floor balconies can be easily accessed. The wristbands could become quite tight on the wrist and sometimes got in the way during day-to-day activities. The room safe was also not included and required an additional fee. Lobby & Lifts While the reception area was excellent, the lifts were very slow and often resulted in long waiting times. Restaurant Although the breakfast selection was good, food items often ran out quickly and the menu became repetitive after a few days. Bar Service at the bar could be quite slow during busier periods. Housekeeping Staff While the rooms were cleaned well, the housekeeping staff were not particularly friendly when encountered in the corridors.
