H10 Salou Princess

Visited h10 back in 2023 with my partner for a week to suss out the hotel, food & how nearby everything was for taking my children back but more so my son who has a disability & very fussy when it comes to food & decided to rebook for may of this year. I must admit i was disappointed with a few things comparing to the time prior has had zero complaints then. The entertainment was very late for the kids in the evening & during the day there was not much on regarding the pool as the previous time before but even then the pool side was always busy with people queing up as early as 8:15am to reserve loungers so we only got the pool twice in 2 weeks. The food was very disheartening this time round. Not much selection when coming to hot food and the food wasn’t hot (luke warm at best ecspecially at breakfast time). Not much selection for kids to eat for hot meals as seemed to be more for adults & seemed to be same selection most days. Years prior, there was potato poppers, small plain pizzas, french fries, peas/sweetcorn with no added ingredient's so fussier kids could enjoy it. Also what happened to the lovely deserts? Not much selection and very small slices. Even the chocolate fountain wasn’t there this year? Ended up eating out everyday. The rooms was ok. Comfortable beds but very small when squeezin in an extra bed in a standard room so 2 adults and 1 child was climbing over each other. No need for the big standing lamp in the corner as just taking up space when fitting 2 adults & 1 child in a standard room as could’ve used that space for our cases. Our shower door was against the sink so had to climb into the bath to switch on the tap or grab the shower. The shower never worked properly either, was going from either too hot to freezing cold and had hardly any pressure coming from it. Staff was friendly enough at desk & helped when needing taxis etc or any information. I would visit again but changes do need made specially in the food sector of the hotel when we pay to eat there already & not having to eat out to spend more money.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et à l'écoute, la literie est très correcte et nous avons adoré le lit king size. Le buffet propose beaucoup de choix, plus au petit déjeuner qu'au diner. Nous avons apprécié le choix végétarien Les locaux sont propres

C'est un enfer pour se garer, 1h pour trouver une place, parking payant à côté mais fermé pour travaux. Gros point noir de l'hôtel. Les horaires de la piscine, elle ferme trop tôt, nous ne pouvions pas en profiter en soirée La chambre n'était pas propre, cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain, les prises eléctriques s'arrachaient des murs au niveau de la tête de lit. Mauvaise insonorisation, on entends les voisins parler, les radios, la télévision, dur de s'endormir le soir

I made a last-minute booking at the H10 Hotel after having a terrible experience with the first hotel we booked for our stay with my parents, and honestly, I wish we had booked this hotel from the start! The room was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, everything was spotless, there were plenty of activities at the hotel, the breakfast was great, and all the staff were lovely. A special shoutout to Chiara, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. She was incredibly helpful and even spoke to my parents in their native language, which made them feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived until the day we left, as they don’t speak Spanish or English. She is definitely a star! ⭐ If we come back to Salou, we will definitely be returning to this hotel!

Bathroom outdated.shower in the bath.Had to pay extra for kettle, iron and safe.never a 4-star hotel in my opinion.
