Room was tiny, no space at all. Very dated. Not a 4 star standard at all. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Balcony filthy. Manager Mandy useless when we brought up our issues with the room and air con not working properly. Really old air con that’s so loud it would keep you awake. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly

Hotel was fab , staff lovely and breakfast was great! Our room was just fab we had a pool view and a view of the beach ! Daily cleans , rooms had toothbrushes toothpaste shampoo conditioner body wash ash moisturiser etc! Can rent beach towels for €10 which u get back, all in all we will be back! Ps no smoking aloud in pool area or pool bar area which was good as it’s the last thing you wanna be smelling

We absolutely fell in love with salou and this hotel .. from the minute we arrived the receptionist staff where absolutely fantastic.. checkin was so quick.. the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful so family orientated.. my son is 2 years old and he had an absolute ball .. the hotel is spotless and yes granted the rooms could do with a bit of an update but they where spotless also .. the restaurant had plenty as my son is a picky eater he still had plenty of choice.. the restaurant staff where so patient with us as he had a few melt downs but they where fantastic with him.. even the cleaning staff where so helpful .. we loved this hotel that much we are returning next year 🙌

This was our first time visiting this hotel after having it on our list for several years. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff—two gentlemen in particular—were very welcoming and helpful. We found our room easily: room 547. It faced the loft area, and at first we were concerned it might be noisy and affect our sleep. However, we had no disturbances at all and weren’t woken once, despite the hotel being at full capacity. We also initially worried about noise from the main road, but again, this was not an issue at all. I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a double bed and a single bed, which was perfect for us. We usually end up with a double and a sofa bed, so it was a pleasant surprise that our son had a proper bed. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean, and had enough space for the three of us. They were cleaned daily, and towels were also changed every day. We stayed half board and were able to swap dinner for lunch with 24 hours’ notice to fit our plans, which was very convenient. The food was lovely—plenty of choice, always tasty and served hot. I didn’t have a single bad meal. All hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were good throughout. The pool area was clean, and despite some guests reserving sunbeds and parasols early in the morning, we never had an issue finding three sunbeds and a parasol at any time of day. However, I do think that during peak months this could become a problem, and the hotel should consider managing it more actively, as it is something we’ve seen handled well in other hotels. We can’t comment on the entertainment as Salou has so much to offer that we spent most evenings out of the hotel. That said, we did hear a Bruno Mars tribute act one evening, and he sounded very good. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the beach and Salou centre, and the area is flat and easy to walk around. This is my ninth visit to Salou over the past 25 years, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised that check-out was at midday. I’ve usually found check-out to be around 10am, so midday was much more convenient and allowed us to relax, keep the room a little longer, and freshen up before our transfer. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are great size and great varieties of food, you'll never go hungry. The pool is ideal for young children as lots of shallow everyone's. Great sunny locations and 2 min walk into town. The animation team have excellent activities for all ages and Sandro has made my daughter's holiday so special! Will defo return.

We've just had an absolutely amazing week at H10 Salou Princess. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of Salou. The staff made us feel very welcome and were approachable. The breakfast & evening meal buffets were delicious, as was the food in the poolside bar at lunchtime, with a wide variety of options. The sangria & cocktails were scrumptious! It was beyond our expectations; we couldn't fault it. We hope to visit again in the future.
