Second time at this hotel Housekeeping good and rooms done every day. Did not receive a kettle of cups. Couldn't believe you have to pay for water with your evening meal as this wasn't the case the year before. If you are not in the queue from about 20 mins to 9 then you have no chance of a sunbed. People run put there towels down then go for breakfast or go shopping for a few hours and nothing g is done about the beds. Sometimes a guy patroles but does nothing about removing the towels,that's the only problem with the hotel.

Hotel is nice, room could do with a bit of a freshen up but was fine. Shower was good, bed comfy enough although pillows not great. We had a pool view room and the balcony was good and, although i wasn’t expecting the evening entertainment to outside, it was really good watching it from there. Lady Gaga tribute was good as was the African show. The Beatles one was sounding good until rain came. Food was decent enough, breakfast especially. Hotel advertises (certainly on Jet2) as families and couples only with no stag or hen parties but unfortunately this wasn’t the case as a 16 strong stag party were there from Friday 5th.

If you like Salou hotel is well situated although Salou is very 70’s/80’s and quite run down. The hotel was clean and room was nice, I paid extra for upgraded room, a kettle was supplied but no cups etc. the food was ok and could always find something to eat however sometimes it was really noisy and you have no option but the buy water at evening meal as not supplied. Big disappointment was sunbeds. Pool opened at 9am and people were queuing then running to get beds putting numerous towels down then going for breakfast, it would be funny if not sad and yes they were British. Overall hotel ok if you have children, don't mind sunbed wars and a rabble at breakfast/dinner. I would not recommend for adults.
