Hotel Rosamar Garden Resort

Just come back from Rosamar Garden Hotel. Children’s entertainment staff were really lovely and friendly as well as the dining staff. Location very good, easy walk to beach and shops. Children loved the holiday, the different families we met were great. Upgraded to all inclusive whilst there, food was ok but a lot of the same day and night, had to pay for bar food if you wanted it, had to pay for drinks after 11pm. You don’t get lunch on your last day which I think was wrong even though you have a late flight. Our room had no kettle as advertised , the bathroom had a terrible smell daily like urine. Hotel is very dated and would not recommend this as a 4*

Had a brilliant week here in September on a family break. The water park was amazing and plenty of life guards and our boys had a ball. All the lifeguards were so friendly to the kids. Caesar and his partner (can’t remember her name) were fantastic at the fault entertainment events and were great fun. The food was lovely, big buffet for breakfast & dinner. Only issue we had was the lock on our patio door was broke and wasn’t fixed for 2 days but everything else was lovely. Would definitely recommend

The first thing we encountered was the bus transfer from Barcelona which took approximately 2.5 hours. It then dropped us off a street away, which meant a 5 minute walk with suitcases. This is not a criticism of the hotel, the bus wasn’t allowed to drop us off at the hotel and merely just wanted to highlight the long transfer and suggest a private transfer if you can. The facade for the hotel is lovely, and the reception very clean and staff very helpful during check in. My Spanish is woeful, but the staff all spoke English so it wasn’t an issue. We were given instructions which fully explained the all inclusive entitlement and directed to our family room next to the mini golf course. The room has plenty of space, was clean and more importantly the air con worked perfectly! We were far enough away from the lounge, so noise wasn’t really an issue for us. The pools were amazing and although touching on the cold side, they weren’t that bad and were a great way to cool off. The inside pool was warm enough if the outside pool isn’t to your liking. The staff at the pool were all very friendly and the slides were fantastic. The snack bars were convenient and gave a very good variety of choice considering it was only for snacks. The kids ate there a few times instead of going for a full lunch. The bar staff were all very friendly and the drinks list for all inclusive was extensive enough. We even found a new drink.. crème de Catalan. Highly recommended! The food in the restaurant was great, with plenty of choice and a change of menu each meal. The staff tried hard to get you a drink when you sat down, but were sometimes a little slow. No complaints though, as it was only during very busy times and they were always friendly. The evening entertainment was okay… the animation team are amazing, I can’t actually believe their energy at times. The kids disco was a good way to get the younger ones involved, but I felt like they could have done something for the slightly older kids in the 10 to 15 years range? That said, the kids were happy enough to entertain themselves in the arcade. All in all, the staff at the hotel were great, the rooms were clean, the facilities fantastic and the food / drink were spot on! One bit of advice… if you’re child wants an inflatable toy for the pool, either shop around away from the front or just get one from families who are leaving to go home for free! Highly recommended

All round the hotel was very good, obviously we went out of peak times so it wasn’t too busy managed to get a place by the pool everyday and by the stage in the evenings for the entertainment. The main reason to writing this review is to thank the animation staff for making my children’s first holiday one they’ll temper forever, especially Cesar (hope I spelt it right) wish I could attach a photo. My little girls not stopped talking about ‘dj musica’ Thank you for a great stay

This was our 2nd time at Rosamar Garden Resort and we love the facilities for our kids as well as the beach and area is like what you would expect when you say Spanish beach...absolutely stunning.

The pool and slides were excellent

Jeg var virkelig tilfreds med mit ophold på hotellet. Alt fra den venlige service til de komfortable værelser gjorde oplevelsen helt fantastisk. Det var en dejlig atmosfære, og jeg følte mig godt tilpas hele tiden!

Hôtel très bien. Nourriture pas mal par contre éviter les snacks types crêpes vraiment pas bonne, on dirait de la pâtés. Côté piscine, pas mal mais certaines attractions sont glissantes donc dangereuse. Sinon on est à côté de la mer, bonne situation.

Très bon séjour en famille, espace aquatique de qualité. Les repas également sont varié et de qualité. Les chambres sont propre, le personnel de nettoyage est tres sympathique et serviable. Cependant le coté snack a proximité de la piscine etait vraiment pas a conseiller, produits sans saveur ce qui est dommage car c’est le seul point négatif. L’hotel est bien situé et accessible, prévoir un stationnement payant aux alentours. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour !

Séjour agréable un parc aquatique au top pour les petits et les grands. Un grand merci au club enfants super responsable et bien entouré. L'accueil est très sympathique et professionnel. Allez-y tranquille.
