Hotel Rosamar Garden Resort

Wir waren zu viert als Familie anwesend (Kinder 7+9). Insgesamt 9 Nächte, leider müssen wir sagen 9 Nächte zu viel. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 4 STERNE Hotel, nie und nimmer… Das Hotel liegt so knapp bei 3 Sternen. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass im Pool auf den Rutschbahnen und mit den Animateuren. Wir Eltern haben jedoch gelitten. Es ist dreckig, die Räumlichkeiten riechen ecklig und sind viel zu klein. Die Anlage ist nur für diejenige Menschen, welche sonst schon selber ecklig sind oder sich jeden Abend betrinken um den Eckel nicht zu erkennen. Ganz ehrlich Leute, tut euch das nicht an, spart etwas mehr Geld oder macht etwas kürzer Ferien aber dafür richtig in einem schönem sauberen Hotel. Zimmer: Zimmer für eine 4-Köpfige Familie sind viel zu klein, da steht, liegt und sitzt man quasi aufeinander auf. Die Zimmer sind auch für kleinere Familien zu klein. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Bad ist katastrophal und ein regelrechter Alptraum. Das Bad ist dreckig und wird nicht sauber geputzt. Die Duschen sind eine Fehlkonstruktion. Die Duschwanne hat kontergefäll, so dass es bei jedem Duschgang eine richtige sauerei gibt und danach der ganze Bad Raum nass ist. Zudem sind die Duschbrausen verkalkt und funktionieren teilweise gar nicht. Nach jedem Duschgang fühlten wir uns dreckiger als vorher…Zudem hört man sehr gut wenn der Nachbar oben auf die Toilette geht… Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

We are very disappointed with this hotel, the apartment for which I paid extra to have a kitchen is a maximum of two stars. Nothing close to 4 stars. The only thing that attracts the hotel is the water slides, it is really good. That's all! I booked the apartment a year in advance and asked for a room in a quiet place, if possible of course. So we were given the first room by the passage, next to the door that goes to the pool and restaurants, that is, the most passable and the noisiest place and in the mornings trucks arrived with delivery and there was a terrible rumble. On the first day in the shower we found empty bottles of conditioner and shampoo, soap was enough to wash our hands from the road. The room was poorly prepared. The TV remote did not work. But the worst thing is that there was no water pressure in the toilet, and even a child after visiting the toilet, filled a pot with water to flush the toilet and this is 4 stars?! Room 159 fix the toilet! There was not even an electric kettle in the kitchen. You can't make tea or coffee, not a single tea bag or sugar. After complaining they changed the remote control, brought shampoo and conditioner and soap and three days later they even brought us a kettle, after my complaints to the main office. This is a very expensive hotel with such a disregard for guests. We travel a lot and are very disappointed with this hotel.For that kind of money you can find much better!

My two girls went to the kidsclub and from the very first day they loved it. They have all kind of activities for kids, they do minigolf, face paint, cute crafts, mini discos every night, they have a cupcake workshop and they even take the kids down to the pool and keep engaging with the other kids, even though they’re not in the kids club, that’s something I really liked about the entertainers at this hotel. Special shoutout to Iraida, as kind as always, greeting us with a big smile and caring during our whole stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to all families with kids. They’re amazing! I’ll be coming back for sure.

Ceasar was very entertaining and became a good friend in such a short time. The whole entertaining crew were great. The bar staff were also brilliant and worked very hard. The resort was excellent The only downside was that although all inclusive, the drinks stopped at 11pm. You could carry on, but at a cost. Food was good and I had a meat feast for a week. Great Plc for the kids.

We had a fabulous family holiday! Cesare was our entertainment guy, made us all feel welcome and the children loved the themed nights! Thank you!

With all the negative reviews we had previously seen online and been told not to stay here. They couldn’t have been more wrong. This hotel was perfect for our family. Plenty for the kids to do with activities all day long! And activities for the adults also! Lots of water slides and pools, plenty of lifeguards around! We felt very safe here! The food was available all day which was also a positive! You won’t get caught out even if you miss breakfast or lunch! Our experience here has been a very special one and my children have absolutely loved it. The children’s entertainers were also amazing, Divine & Miriam Were absolutely standout! always had a smile on their face and were always saying hello to us and our children and always went the extra mile to make sure everyone was okay and were happy! Genuinely couldn’t fault this place and will hopefully visit again one day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointing experience at this so-called 4-star hotel. First, the room and the entire hotel had an extremely strong chemical smell that made it uncomfortable to stay inside. We had to keep the windows open most of the time, which wasn’t really a solution. We specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised kids' club, but in the two full days we’ve been here, we haven’t been able to use it even once. The activities are scheduled in the middle of the day under the strongest sun, at 12 PM, and there’s no option for the children to stay indoors with air conditioning. Completely unsuitable for families with young kids. Breakfast was terrible — the food was of poor quality and very limited. We actually had to leave the hotel hungry and find proper food in town. The room itself was disappointing: old furniture, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and our “view” was just of the parking lot. On top of this, when I tried to pay for a children's mini-golf game, they insisted on cash only and refused to add it to our room bill or accept card payment. When I raised the issue with reception, I was shocked by the response I received. Pati from the reception told me directly, "We have enough tourists without you" and added that I should always carry cash in case of a power outage. I also interacted with Elly at the reception — she showed the same indifferent and dismissive attitude, with no intention to help or offer any reasonable solution.

I'll start on a negative the rooms were the smallest rooms iv ever stayed in with 2 double beds and a wardrobe. No other storage and no kettle to make my babies bottles, I did leave a deposit for one at reception music got a travel one. I had to bath the baby in the tiny sink in the bathroom, everytime we needed to move around we had to move his stroller out of the way as not enough floor space to get by. Balcony also very small m had to put my suitcases out there. On a positive pool was great, kids loved the slides and staff were nice, good location and food okay. We did get fed up of it after a few days. This is not a resort as its called in the name, they havnt got the facilities to say its that. For the money I paid i wudnt say it was great value and I wouldn't stay again unless it was cheaper and I had an apartment (there was a small block of 1 beds). Overall we had a good holiday but I cudnt wait to get away from that awful room

The rooms are very clean and cool can’t fault anything. The weather has been absolutely great and all the staff are very friendly.
