Hotel Rosamar Garden Resort

We went with my 5 and 9 year old children and we all absolutely loved it. There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis. There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course. The food was good and the kids and the bonus of hot dogs/ burgers/ chips and rolls to name but a few during the day. Fully recommend this hotel for children the age of mine. Yes, the hotel room was small but the bathroom was more than adequate.

After a bad experience with the transfer company MTS Global we were late arriving and had to walk with cases once dropped from coach to arrive here. Positives: Beautiful hotel, great location,lovely rooms,beds big and comfortable. Free Air-conditioning Food lots of choice and very nice Snack bar ok Bar short queues lots of choice Water slides brilliant Can only get to pool from 9am so not early starts to put your towels down so breakfast from 8am is good if your an early riser to then get your sunbeds. Room on 6th floor offered seaview day and night stunning. Entertainment average but animation team friendly enough. Negatives: Most restaurant staff miserable and rude. Breakfast there were not enough staff on,all tables were not cleared from previous people eating so no where to sit unless I clear plates and table yourself. No plates available at breakfast as not restocked,food great but nowhere to sit. No access to water and even have to queue for a glass of water at bar unless I take a bottle at the restaurant which u ask for. Hotel kept leaking water from ceiling above the restaurant staircase. Gym very limited and dated stuff. All inclusive ends 11 pm bar inside open till 1am but costs 9 euros a cocktail but if you make any noise at all we were surrounded by security guards just talking on our way to rooms around 12.30. no noise is allowed!!!! Terrible smell from drains around the pool. Main pool water feels and tastes dirty. Main pool no atmosphere or music apart from Zumba once a day. This hotel did grow on me and enjoyed overall stay but probably wouldn't return for the amount of money we spent in 6 weeks holidays.

Overall clean although the pool had gritty stones. Staff was friendly and helpful although some was strict. Food was just warm not overly hot and not a large selection, was the same most days. Was tasty and did find something different to mix it up. Didn't managed to get any sun-beds unless waited at 9am. All was taken by mid-morning that others had reserved although it wasn't allowed. Wasn't to bothered. My Children had lots of fun on the slides and enjoyed evening entertainment. Ideal as close to beach and town.

El tema del todo incluido: Pidiendo un par de helados, uno para mí y otro para mí hija. Solo en helados del todo incluido habían cuatro helados a elegir, un cono nata choco, unos polines, polo fresa / limón , polo bombón choco. Un simple zumo de naranja natural exprimida , ya se tenía que pagar... Yo pienso que con lo que se paga en el tema del todo incluido, tendría que ser más , ya que lo dice... (( TODO INCLUIDO )).

More of a 3 than a 4 star hotel. Expected more value for money. The pools are nice but there is constant noise from road nearby. Could have been soft music around the pool. Not the most comfortable beds either, mattresses are thin, firm and noisy. Sheets smelled funny. Food was nice. All inclusive - ice cream available through the day. Restaurant open 8, so not ideal for early coffee. Entertainment was for smaller kids mostly. Lovely water Zumba though - thank you. Quite slippery around the pool, so caution to be taken for kids.

Great fun time:) Lots of good choices, delt with allergies well. Fab mini disco!:) Slides and pool good sizes. Animation team and rest of staff friendly and always happy to help. Very clean inside and out.

Me and my family went this July and had the best time ever, Ceaser was a massive hit with my husband and kids. He was amazing at entertainment and is brilliant at his job, the whole animation team were amazing. The food was great- so much choice. We would definitely come to visit again

Part of a family vacation. The all-inclusive part (dinner) left more to wish for. Pool area got quite crowded, but still very nice with professional service personnel.
