Olyan szobát kaptunk, ahol az erkélyről az egész öbölre és az óvárosra ráláttunk. Fantasztikus volt. A szoba kényelmes, tiszta, az ételek finomak és változatosak, a személyzet nagyszerű. Egyszer mindenképp visszamegyünk.

Problème de place pour se garer dans cette ville du ce n'est qu en payant

Très bien situé, l'hôtel est bien équipé et propre Petit déjeuner assez bien. Personnel agréable.

Très mal insonorisé, nous sommes tombés sur quelque un qui a gardé la télévision allumée toute la nuit je ne sais pas si le son passait parle conduit de la climatisation, mais en tout cas on aurait dit que la télévision était dans notre chambre De même, quand les gens prenaient la douche on aurait dit que cela se passait dans notre chambre. Le repas du soir très médiocre. Mobilier à revoir

La tranquilidad

We arrived by car, and had car parking booked. The car park is located down the hill from the hotel, and instructions for parking for the first time were not given. This led to confusion since the road to the hotel was blocked by a bollard and access was not possible. Parking in Tossa de Mar is at a premium. After finally working out what to do, and reaching the hotel, the reception staff were very helpful. All the staff throughout our stay were excellent, friendly and efficient. This was our second stay here and the cleanliness and general appearance of the hotel was just as good as we remembered. Apart from having to pay extra for a key yo use the room safe, and cash deposits for the car park and safe keys, the receptionidt also said there was a charge for using the fridge! That turned out not to be the case, but it did seem as though there were a few money making policies that were not in place three years ago. As for our stay, the room was comfortable and clean, though lacking a full length mirror and a make up mirror in the bathroom( not an issue for me but my partner found it a little inconvenient). The balcony was big enough and offered a lovely view of the pool and sea. The food was fine, and offered plenty of choices. Our only gripe was that it was busy andcthe dining room could not really cope with the numbers. Two sittings would have made things less of a battle! As always at a buffet, some residents seemed unaware of the queues and took inordinate amounts of time to load up their plates, one lady even attempting to remove mussels from their shells at the buffet, whilst the queue behind her grew longer and the food inevitably grew colder. These issues aside, we really enjoyed our stay and the staff are so nice that it makes up for minor inconveniences. Tossa de Mar is a lovely little, historic town, which we love to stroll around. We also found the Strops Bar ( Sports bar), a little off the front, which was frequented almost entirely by locals and run by a delightful young couple who made us feel really welcome. Overall we had a great stay at The Neptuno, and with a couple of tweaks to the parking info and the crowding in the restaurant, it would have been perfect.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la proximité du centre-ville, qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. L’espace piscine est agréable et le spa, récent, propose des prestations de qualité à des tarifs très accessibles. La restauration en demi-pension était également très correcte, avec des repas variés et satisfaisants. Une expérience positive dans l’ensemble, que je recommande sans hésitation.

The hotel is perfectly positioned just a minute to the old town. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The surrounding area is quiet which is much appreciated 👍🏻 The pool area is very pleasant to look at.
