Skvělá poloha

Beautiful, beautiful hotel and place. Loved this hotel, the facilities. It was clean, comfortable and had a great garden and pool. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was nice

-the wifi was poor; -there was no toilet brush

Everything was great, we spent really lovely time at this hotel, we definitely back 😘

Op loopafstand van centrum Martha, achter de frontdesk, was super bij het oplossen van een kleine crisissituatie! Goede, aparte, indoorfietsenstalling met veel gereedschap voor eventuele reparatie en opladen accu. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Esta bien ubicado, a pasos del centro y la playa. Tal vez es un poco antiguo y tiene un poco de olor a humedad, pero en general bien Desayuno abundante.

Sería bueno un poco más de cordialidad de parte del personal!

This was the third visit to Neptuno and will not be our last. We went half board as the price was good. Sadly I think the food has gone down a bit since our last visit in 2022. Breakfast was pretty much the same but without a choice of omelettes. The evening meal was quite busy and you had to queue most nights and there was certainly less choice. I personally always found something but partner struggled and missed most of the meals on our stay. When we return we will probably just do B&B. Our room was a good size and although dated was perfectly acceptable and was cleaned daily if we wanted. The staff are as all our other visits were excellent especially the bar staff. Couldn't fault them. All in all another great holiday at the Neptuno.
