"L’hôtel Neptuno est une excellente surprise à Tossa de Mar !"

Le rapport qualité-prix hors saison est tout simplement imbattable Localisation parfaite : en plein cœur de la ville, proche des plages et des commodités, mais sans le bruit des zones trop touristiques. Parking : Oui, il est payant, mais indispensable. Mieux vaut réserver à l’avance pour éviter les galères. Massages : Exceptionnels ! J’y suis retournée cette année encore , c’est toujours un vrai plaisir. Les soins sont de qualité et le cadre est apaisant. Activité yoga : Une belle découverte ! Parfait pour commencer la journée en douceur. Le jacuzzi est un plus surtout hors saison Le personnel : Au top ! Une mention spéciale à : Paco (accueil à l’entrée de la salle de restaurant) pour son sourire et son professionnalisme. Isabella (au restaurant) : gentillesse et patience même en plein rush ! Xavier (au bar) : super sympa, il répond à toutes les demandes et propose un choix incroyable de boissons. En résumé : Un hôtel où l’on se sent bien, avec un personnel adorable, des services de qualité et un emplacement idéal. À refaire sans hésiter ! 😊 Conseil : Réservez tôt pour les massages, ils sont très demandés !

Tout est propre, et les quelques équipements de salle de bain à remplacer ne gâchent pas le séjour. La déco est un peu désuète, mais ça donne presque un charme .

"Great 2nd Visit"

Well a second visit 1 year apart, and this hotel still did not disappoint, wonderful staff from start to finish, all areas of the hotel are spotless and the outside and pool area are so well maintained. The location is superb, and being 5 mins out of the town means it’s lovely and quiet over night!! We will be back again in 2027!! Thank you so much 💐💜🌹🌸💜🌺🍺🍷

Excellent location friendly staff beautiful pool area if your looking for a relaxing holiday its ideal meal time start a bit late 8 till 10 but that might just be our opinion a slight walk up the hill but well worth it
