Really nice and clean property. For family vacation is ideal. Highly recommended to have breakfast and dinner too! The service is great and all workers are really kind.

It’s a relaxing country location. You can walk around and enjoy the scenery. The property is beautiful and is incredibly quiet. The room is big and is an old country Italian style. It’s only 10 minutes by car to the city. Coffee was great.

Breakfast wasn’t included as it said when we booked. It would be nice if they provided more information about the history of the property. There’s no restaurant around so it would be nice if they could provide some choices or suggestions.

The apparment is nice but would require some maintenace. Staff is very friendly. Clean beds. All in all, very nice place in beautifull and quiet environment.

Some low maintenance needed. New and bigger cooker with owen would be a nice upgrade.

Lovely tranquil place in the Assisi valley. Big comfortable room with bathroom and kitchenette. Warmly welcomed by our host Silvia. Loved the breakfast room and the breakfast she prepared for us too...

Kitchenette served with only two hot plates suitable to make a coffee or a quick pasta dish ...

The country house is set in such a peaceful ambience surrounded by mountains but minutes from centre of Assisi. The hosts were simply amazing and the breakfast they prepared was delicious. We were made to feel extremely welcome.
