The place is beautiful, inviting you to relax.. Breakfast is all that you wish.

What I missed is no air-conditioning in the apartments with a summer hitting temperatures of 38° is a must if you want to get a good night sleep. But overall, a little paradise.

The property is gorgeous and so well kept. It is an authentic building with such Italian charm. Silvia the manager greeted us with open arms like family and took incredible care of us. She helped us at a moment’s notice when we had any questions and helped us with anything we requested. The food is exceptional as well.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location. Tranquil, beautiful clean, and very close to Santa Maria Degli Angeli and to Assisi. Very nice views especially from the pool. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was quite abundant.

Some utilities could be better such as having a tv rather than a small monitor and a proper oven rather than a very small standalone oven. However, we had the possibility of using the barebeque which was quite nice. Rooms were quite cool despite the hot weather and though there is no air conditioning we slept well using the fans.

The location itself is beautiful. I remember early morning being in the pool looking at the wonderful view, it truly was fantastic. Sylvia was extremely helpful with any requests. Helped us provide a contact for taxis into Assisi. Messaged her prior to the visit and was always on the end of the fun if we requested assistance.

Warmly welcomed by owner. Easy check in. Beautiful, peaceful property. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Short drive to Assisi.

My daughter saw a spider crawling in the middle of her sleep on the wall right next to her bed. She couldn''t sleep at all. We' were provided bedrooms in the basement. The owner never apologized for it and she even told me to talk to Bookong.com service.

The apartment was very spacious and cozy. Incredible view of the hills with olive trees and vineyards and Assisi in the distance. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff is very friendly. It is a short, easy drive to Assisi. We can't wait to go back.
