What a charming place just at the bottom of the hill to Cortona. We stayed here one night to visit friends in Cortona. I’ll definitely be back when the lovely grounds are in bloom and the pool and restaurant are open. I can’t say enough good things about the owner, David. He loves what he does and can make you a reservation for anything you need. He is fantastic!

A very unusual and beautiful place. Our room was one of the most charming spots ever but the most wonderful part of all was the very personal and warm welcome from the owner. We will look forward to a return in warmer weather with the chance to take full advantage of the gorgeous surroundings. Highly recommended!

Melhor experiência de hotelaria na Itália. Atendimento 5 *****, sensacional. Próximo a Cortona, que possui ótimos restaurantes, e a menos de 1h de Montepulciano, Monticchielo e Pienza. Excelente opção, recomendo

What an amazing stay! Although we went off season in January and the restaurant in the hotel was closed, David (owner) did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. He spent time finding us vineyards that we're open, making reservations and even prepared delicious breakfast for us each morning. The grounds were BEAUTIFUL, the rooms were comfortable, clean and so charming. It truly was a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back.

Hermosisimos jardines Construccion histórica de más de 700 años impecablemente BIEN arreglada con buen gusto. Sencilla pero preciosa. David y su madre que atienden que son los dueños...lo atienden con todo su corazón. El desayuno colazione es delicioso. El mejor hotel de mi viaje por la Toscana.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon. The hotel is converted from a family farm (his mother works there with him) and has picturesque views. David, the owner, made us felt taken care of and goes out of his way to ensure guests have everything they need including coordinating wine tours, cooking classes, taxis when it is an unexpectedly rainy day or suggesting restaurants. The best part of the villa is the amazing intimate restaurant (during warmer weather you can eat by the pool overlooking the vineyards). The food is out of this world, the service is outstanding, and the wine is delicious. We went twice in our 3 days there, and can't wait to return.

the hotel is beautiful old building, perfectly refurbuished and kept. the owner, David, is very wellcoming and attentive, taking care of each detail. it is a perfect place for a quiet and intimate vacation, perfectly situated in Tuscany not far away from some of its famous old cities.
