Location was perfect!!!

Poor internet connection, almost none, main bulb in Shower wasn’t working, bathroom door wasn’t closing easily ,poor insulation, I was hearing everything from everywhere. Breakfast wasn’t great either, the coffee was bad , couldn’t even drink that .

The breakfast was just bread and cheese that's not breakfast.

There was no air conditioning, my room was extremely hot , Not comfortable to sleep with all the heat

Bad attitude and lack of respect from most staff. Bad wifi. Bad breakfast. Good location. For the price I paid, I definitely expected more.

"Centralt hotell i Funchal."

Perfekt hotell för den som vill bo i centrala Funchal och ha nära till allt i staden. Det finns ett Supermarket precis bredvid. Jag bodde i ett enkelrum som var rymligt och bra. Frukosten var enkel men god. Wifi fungerade utan problem. Jag skulle gärna bo här även nästa gång om jag skulle komma till Funchal.

"Horrible"

Front desk staff tried to be helpful

Coffee is horrible. No wifi in 2024! Seriously!! We all piled into the lobby and even then it did not work. The managers know there is a problem and refuse to fix it.
