Hotel Do Centro

L'albergo nonostante la prenotazione era al completo, ma il personale si è attivato per trovarci una buona sistemazione.

Hôtel bien situé dans la vieille ville , à notre arrivée l’accueil a été professionnel, nous avions besoin de poser nos bagages avant l’heure prévu et le jour de notre départ après l’heure, cela n’a pas été un problème. La literie tout à fait correcte, Un point désagréable cependant le bruit de l’ascenseur de service qui un soir nous a gêné .

We were booked here and upon arrival at 10:30 pm were told they were overbooked. Apparently there was a system issue and several others were without a room. The front desk employee was lovely and arranged another hotel for us and a taxi to bring us there. We ended-up at a fine hotel. However, it was 40 mins from the center. I am not sure if the glitch was on their end, hotels.com, etc. but I don’t understand why we weren’t contacted prior to arrival given that all the arrangements were made for us to relocate.

Cafe de manha fraco. Internet wifi nunca funcionou em todos os aparelhos, falha grave. Banheiros/ ducha (banheira) nao é seguro principalmente para pessoas com dificuldades motoras (idosos), nao foi o meu cado, mas escorreguei varias vezes.ponto positivo muito bem localizado e estacionamemto gratuito a 50 metros.

We zaten midden in het centrum. We konden dankzij de vriendelijke receptioniste gratis in de buurt parkeren. En hebben genoten van de prachtige kerstsfeer in Funchal.
