"A perfect base for exploring beautiful Madeira"

Beautiful views, friendly helpfully staff, great beach access and a nice pool with plenty of loungers at all times. Very relaxed. Cleaners were excellent and even made sure to clean the balcony of bird droppings.

Sometimes the lifts take a long time as there is only 2 and they are very small. The dinner buffet wasn’t quite worth the €40.

Die Lage war toll, Zimmer sehr gut. Das Personal im Speisesaal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war nicht gerade sehr freundlich. Man fühlte sich nicht willkommen. Parkplatz bezahlt man extra 10.- Euro pro Tag und muss mühsam mit dem Schlüssel eine Sperre auf und zuschliessen. Das Büffet am Abend war mit 40.- Euro recht teuer für das, was es war (Massenabfertigung). Da haben wir in anderen Hotels auf der Insel günstigere und wesentlich schönere Buffets genossen.
