I stayed at this hotel with another 2 friends and it was amazing. Rooms are clean and the staff are amazing in particular one staff member from the breakfast called Filipe. He was amazing not only with us but with all guests. Definitely staying at this hotel brand around Portugal.

I explicitly ordered a queen bed. We got two twins. We were celebrating our anniversary... The shower was broken and water only came out at shoulders height.

"Porto Hotel Review"

The hotel is located in a nice area. Walking distance to Bon Succeso Market where you can find different eating options. The first days we stayed at the hotel (during the weekend) the breakfast room was extremely full, I would suggest them opening a larger area to avoid overcrowding. The breakfast was good.

Requests were accommodated, front desk was friendly, they were available 24/7. Hotel was clean. I didn't get my laundry picked up on time but everything else was quite lovely.
