Medplaya Hotel Rio Park

Prima hotel, doet wat het belooft. Ik vond het ontbijt uitgebreid en ondanks dat er veel mensen waren, was alles gewoon steeds op voorraad. Personeel heel lief en goed. Zwembad heerlijk!! (Ook voor mijn zoontje echt een geweldig zwembad). Netjes schoongemaakt elke dag en wij hoefden helemaal niet lang op de liften te wachten!!

Ik vond de bedden niet lekker liggen. Het hotel is eerlijk gezegd wel een tikkeltje verouderd ook qua meubilair beneden. Wat ik echt een minpunt vond, was de hoeveelheid (of eigenlijk het gebrek aan) schaduwplekken bij het zwembad. Iedereen legt al handdoekjes ‘s sochtends (bloedirritant) en naast de standaard parasollen is er dan niks meer in de schaduw te krijgen. Extra parasols met voet is geen overbodige luxe!

Lifts definitely not adequate to accommodate amount of people staying in the hotel on one occasdion waited 20mins for a lift so many people complained

Had a brilliant week with my young family. I cannot really fault this hotel at all. Having stayed May 25 and gave a 4* review it has to be 5* this time. Very few negatives; the cooked food isnt great but we didnt go hungry, wasnt ideal that no outdoor entertainment was on of a night (yet) & it’s disappointing they let a group of older women wander around wearing them vulgar neon tshirts. Positives: shower pressure great, room serviced every day, pool was super, desserts great, soups, fresh fruit & bread nice, aircon ice cold, lifts quicker than expected, room prefferences accomodated and able to check in at 1230 (thank you so much), hotel spotless clean throughout, happy hour brilliant, buckets of beer €10 is super value, free safe that is easy to use, nice Dove toiletries (although they forgot to top the bodywash up last 2 days), british TV channels in room, all sport shown in main bar, loads of sunbeds, well priced supermarkets 4 min walk away (avoid the nearer shops with no prices & head to Consom or the two local mini supermarkets next door to it). Location is approx 6 mins walk to the Gold Arcos & about 10 minutes to Uncle Peds. 5 min walk to the beach downhill. 5 min walk to Benidorm outdoor market. Was so impressed overall. I really wish this hotel was available on Jet2 aswell as TUI.

O pequeno almoço muito bom; a localização era um pouco distante da praia, cerca de 10 minutos a pé.

o jantar poderia ser melhor e a localiação também.
