Hotel is situated in a good location,10 min walk to beach,20 min walk to Old Town and 10 min walk to New Town,no mad rush for sun beds in morning as there are plenty,friendly staff and decent food,entertainment also good with different shows every night

El desayuno estaba bien y la ubicación buena, mucho sitio para aparcar.

El horario de cenas, demasiado pronto. Muy inglés.

The room was very clean and we received service every day by housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of seating, a great variety and food was replenished quickly. Very impressed with the breakfast staff who worked hard to ensure used plates were removed quickly. People did complain about the lifts. There are 5 lifts within the hotel and we never had an issue and didn't wait long for the lift to arrive, all part and parcel of the experience. Plenty of sunbeams, never had an issue in getting one. Location was brilliant, far enough not to be in the middle of the chaos but close enough to walk everywhere within good distant.

The first night a couple were having a terrible argument which I woke up to and felt quite scared, but that was the only issue of the holiday, and they left the following day.

Meant to be a 4 star hotel, well maybe for Benidorm!. Room needed a lick of paint in places. Bed were bad, they move when you roll over , need to be better quality. TV has english channels and a free safe. Free wifi around the hotel. The pool area is ok, but sunbed needs to be refreshed . They don’t adjust to go up for reading etc. The pool area opens at 9, but cant get in pool till 11am then closes at 5 pm ! Would I come again, only if I got a cheap deal with TUI.

Spent 3 weeks here full marks for all the lovley staff sharon .karen .Denise annmarie .Nelson and Douglas were all very helpful .entertainment was good and entertainment staff work so hard especially luke and emma . Rooms and hotel was spotless due to the hard working cleaners Not forgetting nanni behind the bar who always greets you with her beautiful smile Food was lovley variety to suit everyone Can't wait to return thank you rio park x

Excellent as always from the Reception staff, bar staff,cleaning staff,dining room staff and TUI reps have been to Rio Park 2 , 3 times a year for a long time now wouldn’t stay anywhere else 👍

O chuveiro não deita quase água nenhuma

Instalaciones muy muy bien. Personal también súper bien, incluido al socorrista… Las habitaciones genial… Para repetir otra vez sin duda!

Los ascensores muy lentos y el desagüe de la ducha tragaba un poco mal…
