"Prima en comfortabel om Murcia te ontdekken."

Locatie is perfect. Prima ontbijt. Aardig personeel en comfortabele kamer.

Zwembad op het dak is erg klein en bevat veel chloor. Het is wel fijn dat je even kan afkoelen. Parkeren in de garage van het hotel kan alleen met een kleinere auto. Dat was voor ons geen probleem, maar is handig om van tevoren rekening mee te houden.

"Pésima experiencia, nula seguridad."

Cama grande y cómoda, habitación bastante grande, limpieza muy bien, ubicación muy céntrico. Desayuno muy buena calidad y variado. El gimnasio aunque pequeño muy bien equipado.

Nos encontramos que el personal de limpieza se dejó la puerta entornada, sin cerrar cuando fuimos a mediodía a recoger un par de cosas de la habitación, además no estaba previsto, teníamos previsto volver por la noche, por suerte volvimos antes. El caso es que aparentemente no nos faltaba nada, pero fue un milagro. Al comentarlo en recepción la única respuesta fue que lo sentían mucho y que iban a investigar qué había pasado, no nos han dado más explicaciones ni han tenido un mínimo detalle con nosotros. Disculpas se piden cuando se te olvida poner unas toallas o jabón en la habitación, no cuando te dejas la puerta abierta. Además el aislamiento es francamente malo, se oían las aperturas y los cierres de las puertas como estruendos.

We greatly enjoyed our 12‑day stay at Catalonia Conde de Floridablanca. The hotel has a great location within walking distance of the city centre, clean rooms with all necessary facilities, and very friendly staff throughout. A special mention for Sr. Vigo in the breakfast room, who brightened our mornings with his humour and warm personality. He truly made a difference during our stay. We were genuinely sad to leave. One small suggestion: a bit more variety in the breakfast bread would be welcome.

La subida exagerada de precios cuando pregunté para alargar mí estancia un día más, Nos hubiéramos quedado cuatro personas. Pero éso de tener que pagar más del doble por el mismo servicio
