The Hotel was ideally located only 15 mins walk to Cathederal and all the restaurants and shops. Absolutely amazing staff - friendly, efficient, helpful, reliable. The Restaurant was excellent with huge choices for breakfast plus lovely lunch/evening meals. Rooms spotless with brilliant cleaning staff.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Senior Vigo and all of his staff including Margarita, Emma, Carmen and Dani and all the lovely ladies and gentlemen on reception and in the restaurant and also the cleaning staff deserve the utmost praise for the level of care and friendliness accompanied by their knowledge and professionalism. The breakfast was brilliant and also a lovely gastrobar menu. They couldn't do enough for us to make us feel welcome. The hotel is ideally situated about 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral square. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops. We spent 10 glorious days in this lovely quiet city... would definitely recommend it and especially the hotel

What a lovely hotel, right in the heart of Murcia. The staff were very welcoming, rooms were lovely and spacious, comfy bed and the terrace was a lovely addition. The rooftop pool was fantastic, we spent a few hrs up there, there was also a bar where we had food and a few drinks. The staff were fantastic there too 🥰 We had a great stay and if we ever go to Murcia again, we would definitely stay there.
