Sentido Fido Tucan - Adults Only

Lovely hotel apart from the balcony needs to have glass or railings around so when you sit and chill out you can see around you and not a wall

We arrived at midnight and was greeted by very helpful staff who advised us of a buffet at the restaraunt and promptly booked us in. We was only there for three nights and did not use all the facilities so can't comment fully. The Tucan is not a high end luxury hotel but provides a good level of basic comfort and is excellent in every other aspect. We had Half board which provided for breakfast and evening meal which we asked to change to lunch which was done on request without any problems and was very good with a wide range to choose from. At all times staff were polite and helpful.

We were half board however disappointed in food offered for dinner. Poor quality and limited choice. We have stayed at other Sentido Hotels before and have always been happy with the food. We were there for seven nights and ate out on four of these. Breakfast was fine. Would not go half-Board again at this hotel particularly as there are so many excellent restaurants in the immediate area.

A lovely Hotel, in a great location. All the staff work really hard, to make sure that you enjoy your stay. The restaurant catered for all nationalities. The food is of a very high standard with plenty of choice. You can reserve 2 sun beds and a parasol, for 50 euros per week, which a lot of people objected to, however it stops people from putting towels on more than 1 bed and allows you to lie in and not have to worry, about getting one in the first place. I think that the only weak link, was the entertainment. They were lovely Girls, but too inexperienced. The couple who organised tha activities last year, engaged most people and were very bubbly personalities. At least one member of the team, should have this expertise. On the whole, a very enjoyable holiday.

good functional hotel near all the bars and restaurants,food very good.

Our stay in this hotel was overall very good, location is perfect for beach, shops and restaurants. We were half board but chose to eat out quite a few nights as the food seemed a bit repetitive and also found the dining room lacked atmosphere. We had payed extra for a see view which was gorgeous but with the design of the balcony you could only see it if you were standing up!

The hotel was all that I expected and reasonably priced.

Room update was ok however outside on balcony was shabby unfinished painting, tv didn’t work was fixed, fridge not working also replaced, and worst of all the bed was so uncomfortable. It feels this hotel updatei has been done on the cheap. We stayed last August in the Esmeralda adults only around the corner both 4 star however would say The Tuscan is a 3* in comparison. Lauren from the entertainment team was very friendly took time to get to know the guests and Motown Mania group was very good, The elderly bar tender was a lovely man.

A very nice hotel, perfectly situated just 3 minutes walk to all the restaurants in the town centre.and 5 minutes to the beach. Hotel is very well kept and clean.Staff are extremely friendly, all except the reception staff!. They all Seem very standoffish and have no rapport with the guest. When I left and upon checking out I was presented with my 30 Euro bar bill which I paid and that was It. No "did you have a nice stay", "did you like the hotel" , "have nice flight" etc not even a "goodbye" ., she just walked off. All the front desk staff were the same. You were the one that had to say "good morning" etc. They avoided all eye contact. Very strange. But apart from that a very nice hotel. Would stay there again.
